How dumb. I walk into a business that is showing as "open"on google, but then all the staff are inside lounging in the dining room, and gon tell, we not open inside right now. Ridiculous. Be open when it says open.
When they’re open service is ok, but more and more often They seem to be randomly closed or only taking Grubhub/door dash orders at random times when they’re supposed to be open
Says open til 8. Pulled in at 545 and got in drive-thru line. Finally make it too speakerbox to be told we just closed sorry. It's 6 pm.
2nd time there!! Great!!! Fast, Customer Service was Great! I ate outside which was no problem! Because of the Friendliness, I took My trash inside and not throwing trash in the parking lot! I recommend this Wendy's!! And will return!!!
Starting not to like this wendys. They pricing and adjustments just took a total turn for the worse. I don't. I asked for a cob salad and they totally gave me a regular salad with barely anything on it. Usually I'm more forgiving but I've been coming here and starting to see regular mistakes on my orders that I am going to have to forgo this place all together.
Rude people did not talk to me at the window. Food was meh for a Wendys. Not a good location. Was decently fast at least.
Shout out to my Plymouth Rd Wendy's team today I expected to wait some in drive thru due to lunch time rush took a break from my work(art) I was wondering how the frys would live up by the time I got home well these fry's were amazing and service was awesome friendly and hot thank you Plymouth Rd Wendy's
Even when busy they strive to get you in and out. It's Wendy's so expect gourmet food but they are clean and friendly. Your order will be correct and taste good. Definitely a good choice for lunch.
They have rude employees who rush your order. I couldn't even finish a saying what I wanted before she said ANYTHING ELSE umm yes let me finish my order before you ask. Thanks
I'm sorry but they screw up my order too often to excuse as a simple mistake. Usually it's small stuff, but today every item of my order was wrong or missing. It was a simple combo and a 6 piece nugget so not some crazy $50 order.
