The lady that worked Sunday May 8th, 2022 early afternoon was disgusting to say the least. Usually a young guy make our food & it's good but that lady that day shouldn't even be responsible for making anybody food or working around food. Purposely burnt my Santa fe chicken quesadilla & was rude about it when I questioned her. Complete disgrace.
The attitude of the cashier lady was crazy. Just nasty for no reason. Would have ordered more food but it was too much of a turn off
I ordered a mango smoothie from this store and I got the order delivered but the smoothie didn't have any sugar and the taste was very bad. So I called the store about the issue and hopefully, they should refund the money back within two days. Yeah, this was very disappointing.
I love the food when they actually do it right. Something is always missing. Last time no sides with anything this time no dressing for my salad so I get to eat it dry. I’m outraged I’m expected to have a dry salad. Other times they’ll choose if you wanted a salad or wrap dispite what you chose. I might be okay with the wraps if they actually cut through them or made them the right size but I have to rip them every time as of late. Can you do everyone a favor and sharpen your knife or press harder so I’m not ruining the integrity of the wrap to eat it. They don’t blend the smoothies enough sometimes either. Had a big chunk of date in the bottom of one of my smoothes.
Came in at 8 on the dot. Most ppl would be angry but the two women in there were so nice made my stuff fast and good. Def will return! I love the open early hours here
No greeting upon walking in, no "have a great day" or "thanks" when I was handed my food. I said " thanks have a good day!" And there was no response, they just walked away. When I tried to order a side the response was "we out of that."The shrimp wrap and smoothie taste good, but there were 3 pieces of shrimp in my wrap that I paid $8 for and my apple is so bruised and mushy I can't eat it. Just overall disappointing.
I love their smoothies and the fact that they have set the variety to choose from and that each smoothie have so many different things in it.
Normally I love this place, My smoothies are always spot on. However, I ordered through the TS App and the order was never delivered, they took my $ and eventually cancelled my order, however no refund???? Would be nice if the help in the app gave you a phone number instead of a form to fill out that never gets responded to!!!?
We've been coming here for a few years. They have consistent great customer service. They are always kind and treat us well. Thanks!
Spent almost $25 smoothies and quesadillas on the mobile app just to get here and for there to be a sign on the door that states they’re closed. How unprofessional. Why not shut down mobile ordering. There were several ppl who came to the door and were as confused as me. No update to Google hours no nothing. This location should really do better!
