The worst smoothies we ever had. My husband had a detox and it was chucks of ginger and ice chips. It was not blended well at all. They were busy and I guest they rushed through it. I had a paradise point and mine was blended good either, I never had so many strawberry seeds. I added spinach and kale to as well and it was chewy. Service was very slow. Looking at other reviews looks like they always make watery, icy drinks. No flavor. And no one has contacted me about my experience. Terrible!!! Do go to the 5 mile location.
I found this place okay. Staff was mediocre and the drink was refreshing but it certainly was no Jamba Juice.
I placed my order online to be picked up at 6pm on 3/17. When I got there they informed me they didn't have the sweet potato bites I ordered, bummer but understandable. Got the food home and it was tasting good... Until I bit into my sandwich and pulled out a chunk of paper. When I opened it up, I found a large piece of paper in the middle of the sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable, I just wasted $9 on a sandwich. This place won't be getting my business again as it looks like this is just one of the many problems that people are experiencing. Corporate should take look at this place as it wasn't particularly clean inside and they are peddling inedible food.**Update**It has been 4 days since my horrible experience here. Other than the copy paste response from the owner, I have not been contacted to make it right. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!!!
My experience yesterday was up there as one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Of the four workers there, one was on break, another was in the back playing on their phone, leaving two individuals to serve the store. Almost everyone had headphones in and were oblivious to the customers waiting to place/pickup orders. I placed an online order ahead to avoid the wait, but still ended up waiting over 30 minutes.After complaining about how long my order was taking, my two shakes were “discovered” in the back. I get home and try the shake and it’s probably the worst shake I’ve ever had. Not only was it almost flavorless, but also watery. As a fellow small business owner, I think you need to reevaluate the amount of time and effort you’re putting in to training and managing the store. I won’t be back until I see a “new management” on the door
The place is under staff, lack of proper communication from staff explaining how they are taking orders. They should just shut the place down. It's ridiculous!!Don't waste your time going there! Horrible experience!
So I have only been to a few TSC's in the area but this one is my personal favorite. Smoothies are always thick and cold like I llike it. I have been to a could other and they were loose and cool, which is okay if you like that. This location can get busy around lunch time so you may want to order ahead if you are in a hurry or don't like waiting.
Every time I go to this location something is wrong with my order. A large order was made with 7 smoothies through doordash and only 6 smoothies were delivered. I called and I think I was on the phone with the owner who can be nasty at times and she says someone must have stolen one smoothie...Like seriously! I'm with the driver when I called the place and the lady says someone stole it. I will never order from here again.
Some of the crew members are very polite and the smoothies are delicious.
The larger issue here is that companies accept online orders but don't have the staffing to fulfill.We're from out of town and swung by to grab some wraps. There were about 8 people waiting inside for online orders, in addition to several folks waiting in line to order. The staff was absolutely scrambling but couldn't keep up. After 10 minutes the people in front of us hadn't even ordered yet so we left.Message to management: don't accept online orders if you don't have the capacity.
It's really disappointing when you pay $7.00 for a smoothie and it is watery and only has a hint of taste. They lack putting actual ingredients in the smoothie. I've been to other locations that do a great job. I won't be back to this one.
