The cashier he's a African-American he's always friendly and a Donuts are great
One of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. SLOW service. Most employees seem to be not very friendly and on their phones all the time. Soggy, greasy, and cold hash browns. My boyfriend's bagel sandwich was burnt
The service is usually pretty quick at this location. I generally go there just for coffee and the occasional timbits for the kids. The last time I went they were so short staffed they were only serving drinks. Luckily, this was just a coffee run.
Slow service, it was like we were a bother to be there. Also odd that they allow employees to have their phones right there where they are scanning your credit card information out of your view. Other Tim Hortons scan your card on the reader within view and hand you your card immediately
I went to this location for my first time this morning and other than the extremely loud, annoying guy taking my order, both my coffee and food were made PERFECTLY! The young lady at the window was very nice and she gave me my things very quickly while having a great attitude…she even gave me napkins without me asking!!! Definitely stopping here again tomorrow and the days to come after that.
I have just started there just over a week ago... let me just say this, I have say I have personally given the entire lobby and bathrooms extremely thorough cleanings and am still curre the working on the rest of the store. I am super fast and pretty accurate, I wont lie and say I have never messed up a coffee, BUT I can say that I make sure the coffee is always fresh regular being made new every 20 mins or less and decaf and dark roast every hour or less....I am doing my best to try and turn The store around....but when there are not many employees it's hard
Worst Tim Hortons I've been to, very unprofessional, unpleasant, and the worst customer service, the place where you would think that they have put something nasty in your coffee. Getting the manager means you are most likely going to get into a fight or an endless argument, trust me, do not go there.
First and last time going to this one. While the line moved fast the guy at window seemed irritated and my hash browns in my wrap were still frozen had to go home and cook it.
Go to this one every morning for hot chocolate in the winter cuz it's the best but I stopped for the first time a couple days ago so excited for hot chocolate and first sip it was terrible I tasted Mold you guys need to clean ur machine out cuz it was bad
Worst establishment I've ever been to. While I was there I witnessed them deny a very pregnant woman seating in establishment . 3-4 of the employees standing around on the phone while drive thru line grew . Called to ask for a manager after seeing this witnessed them not answer the phone and when I finally did reach an employee at to ask for a manager name and store number employee stated"SHEILA" and abruptly hung up in my face .Called back and it was obvious they decided they weren't going to answer the phone . Definitely reported this entire establishment to corporate . The seating issue was insane because if anything was to happen were that woman passed out being denied seating when inside dining was NOT closed this place would have been in for a nice lawsuit. After the treatment I witnessed in employees standing around getting hung up in when asking general questions and supervisor refusing to take calls . I wouldn't step foot in this location they need the entire staff to be replaced .
