Avoid this Tim Hortons. You can count on them forgetting to put all of your food in the bag on a pretty consistent basis.
I've been going here since they opened but now there's no quality control you can order the same thing 5 days in a row and get it 3 different ways .There is no standards lets just throw it out the window and the hell.with the customer trying one more week to look for some quality and standards or next week new place knowing tim hortons has given up on service and quality
The amount of time I’ve spent in the drive thru when they close early or don’t open at all is astounding. It doesn’t matter what angle you look at the incredibly poor service - it boils down to whether or not management can manage their store without causing an inconvenience to their customers. Especially those loyal to this location. Just tonight, I pulled up before 7:00pm and the store was already closed. There was no sign indicating they closed early - which is right on par for how they usually conduct business here. They have a solid crew during the morning/early afternoon. But more than half the time the person taking orders sounds absolutely miserable.
I ordered online a dozen doughnuts and tim bites and they had to cancel last minute because they didn't have doughnuts or Tim bites I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN.
I love my Tim Horton's. I couldn't face some morning without stopping. Go Horton's team?thanks for being there.
Drive through person had attitude and said they could hear me once they finally get my order I pull up to see the had a hoodie on under their headset. They also messed up my order giving me a terrible tasting hot chocolate instead of the French vanilla I ordered. Didn’t give me a recipe so I can’t go back and try fixing my wrong drink issue. This is the last time I go to the Tim hortons on five mile and Merriman.
I asked for a medium hot pumpkin spice latte and got a small Luke warm latte and two cold hash browns. Every time I come here it’s not good and my drive through person was probably on drugs I could barely understand her angry mumbling.
Staff is very friendly, always a pleasure seeing the Girls and James..
There was just noone there. Really fun waiting for nothing.
The coffee is always fresh and the breakfast bagel is always good. This visit I even brought my thermos because I knew I’d be out of the area all day and the manager came out and took care of it personally. I offered to pay for 3 20 ounce cups (that’s my thermos capacity) and he said “oh no, it’s a refill” and wouldn’t take more than $3.00 so I left a good review but never said why. My total order for the coffee and sandwich was only about $12.00 but he treated it like I spent a fortune.I’ve been a regular customer for a couple years and this just reaffirmed my respect for the place and it’s people.
