First time to this location.Drive thru was closed for maintenance so I went inside to pickup my app order. the employees were nice and friendly, but I was quite disappointed in my breakfast crunch wraps. While the outside was hot from being in the grill press,the interior ingredients were cold as if there were in a fridge and not a warming tray prior to assembly.
They've made minor mistakes twice, but there's a fast-talking male manager there that has been a total a**kicker on several different occasions, and they get 5 stars for him. Dude was working with one other person handling nighttime rush like a boss. Also in general they give good servings and the food is well-prepared and reasonably fresh. Much prefer it to the one by 696 in Farmington Hills, although they're decent too.
Worst ever. Unless ur in drive thru the dnt see u. Ask to put my order in my shop so I did then watch them take 7 orders in the drive-through and not even start mine Nobody was in the drive-through when I went into the restaurant
The chips didn't taste stale or rancid, FINALLY!A Taco Bell with decent food! And it was pretty quick -- but of course, because it was 12:30 AM.
They didn't have one of the releases advertised on TV. And the drive through wasn't working, I had to get out of the car to buy my meal
Who doesn't like Taco Bell?!? Food was hot and cheap, but burritos had some of them black flakes on the tortilla like from when they take it out of the griller that maybe wasn't clean ?
This is one of my favorite Taco Bell restaurants. The service is always great. Plus I am always able to get the type and amount of hot sauce that I ask for.
I walked over at 10 pm to get a snack and not only did the website and door say they were open till 2 am on the website and 1 am on the door, but the door was unlocked, but upon entering and waiting for multiple minutes for someone to notice we were there, we were told their lobby was closed and we had to leave. So we tried to walk through the drive through and their sensors would not activate their audio system for us as we were not vehicles. So don't bother trying to buy food from this location unless you want to play a guessing game to determine thier hours.
