I stopped going for awhile because they barely put anything in the burritos...I would have to order 3, just to make one actual burrito. I went a couple days ago, and they're getting better. Their workers are nice so I'm willing to give it a go when I'm craving.

Recently upgraded interior is nice now that dine-in is opened. Had to place order through their kiosk system, which isn't preferred. Prefer placing my order with a person rather than having to search through the on-screen menu options to try and find it. However the staff was friendly, which is always appreciated.

Call to see if they are open before ordering online. Despite the online app saying they were open until 2 am they told me they were closed when I went to pickup my order at 7:30 PM, 20 minutes after I had placed the order. A phone call before I drove out there would have been nice! Will not visit this location again.

The worst taco bell experience of my life!!! First, at the drive thru speaker, the girl told me they were only taking online orders. So, I pulled around to a parking spot and downloaded the app. I successfully placed my order thru the app and drove around to the speaker again only to get the same message about online orders only. I got no response when I tried to tell them that I HAVE an online order. Back to my parking spot by the locked doors I went! 20 minutes later, I called the store and the girl told me "They're making it now." Another 10 minutes went by, and she FINALLY brought my order to me. Let me add that not only was I on my lunch break for work, but it was only a $6 order. I had to explain to my boss how long I waited after paying with my card online. The killer is, there was no line since the doors were locked and they sent everyone away in the drive thru. It was just a horrid experience!!! I will NEVER be back to this location!!! The staff's customer service skills, or lack of, are definitely going to chase the customers away!!! I guess they don't realize they need customers to get paid? Idk? But I'll find somewhere else to eat from now on when I'm at work in Livonia... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

Google claims they're open at 7am. I'm here, after 7, doors are locked and no one is taking orders at the drive-through. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Update your dang hours.Update 5/23/22: came here for lunch. Drive through is closed. Inside only. Had to place my order via touch screen. What the heck happened to this location? After all of the breakfast trouble and now this? I won't be back.

Opening hours are inconsistent with posted times. If you get a medium sized order or larger guaranteed something is missing. Food tastes good as long as you get what you ordered

Today I visited the Taco Bell in Livonia,MI on Merriman Road.I placed my order with a gift card I recently received.After I was given my items as ordered, I asked for my receipt. I was informed, he didn't have any paper.My reply was, they were going to have to do something. As this was a gift card and I needed to have a receipt of the purchase. Reluctantly, he keyed in the order again and I was provided a receipt. I don't really care why . I'm sure it nay have been the result of the 5 cars in back of me.

They were making everyone in the drive thru pull around front to wait for them to bring your food out so they could fool the managers regarding the timer for the drive thru. On top of that, no napkins or sauce given, by the time you notice, the worker has already ran back inside. Food was fine though.

Complete incompetence. They took forever to open the inside while other places and Taco Bells were open. I go through the drive-thru only to be told go inside. Make up your mind! Drive thru only or inside or both?

Went through the drive thru, didn't even get to finish our order before the staff decided they were done listening. Pulled up to the window where we sat and watched them all laughing having a good old time. Asked to speak to a Manager, which did absolutely nothing. He straight up told us he "didn't see the issue". Worst Taco Bell ever, every time. Calling corporate.
