Do not patronize this restaurant. It is not a good Subway. They barely put any toppings on their subs. And they are overpriced. Nope, I won't return to this location. Going back to the one that's at 5 Mile and Newburgh where I get my money's worth and better service.
The lady fixing my sandwich seemed very unhappy..it was apparent. However, my sandwich was good.
I would suggest teaching the two girls working TN customer service. I walked in and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for 4 min. I was the only person in there too. They didn’t ask for my subway reward info either. Wish they would have so I could do a survey on them
New ownership has made a world of difference here at this location on 8 Mile. Happy to be able to stop again instead of going out of my way.
The new management is doing a great job. The place is very clean and the employees are polite and friendly.
Previous reviews clearly state the old ownership service. The new owner is super nice with amazing staff and great food. Everything is made fresh and they're super fast with orders, friendly and professional. Definitely a better service and would recommend visiting !
Picked up dinner here tonight and encountered a neat, clean and friendly young man taking orders and making sandwiches.I don't do Subway very often these days but I can highly recommend this location!
The new management is great, the store is very clean and the staff super friendly. I'll be coming more to this store.
I got the food I ordered quickly.
Unfortunately this Subway is ill equipped with supplies in order to do business properly. The only choice of bread for their Sub Sandwiches were Italian Herb with Cheese or Wheat only. They were out of Mayonnaise but was able to find a little in the back. Food preparers were not wearing masks but gloves were worn. Will definately be skipping this location when I would like a sub.
