My experience was terrible!I ordered online and when I arrived to pickup my food (at the appropriate time according to the online) my food was not made. I was told that they don’t make online orders until the customer is in the store because people don’t pickup the food. I assured the cashier I paid online and found it odd that a restaurant would do that especially after someone paid.I said I wanted a refund but then I was argued with about how fast they can make the sandwich. I repeated myself to let them know the reason why I did an online order is so that the food will be ready when I got to the location. The store was not busy at all when I arrived.Then I was met with more arguing back-and-forth about how much time I’m spending talking to them about getting my refund and I could be getting my sandwich made. At this time I felt attacked by the hostile comments and did not want anything from this location other than my money back. I was met with more negative hostility from Sap, to the point where I had to not speak with her anymore and only speak to Aiden. I have not received my refund and I need what is the solution that you will provide?
The staff was so kind and friendly. They made my food so well. This place has a drive through too.
