I completely recommend this location! The staff are always nice and helpful. I attempted to order something off the secret menu trying to achieve that oreo party in my mouth effect and the person taking my order suggested I try the drink this way. She was right it is way better! On the down side I am completely hooked on the taste and It's mostly the only drink we order from Starbucks now
Depending on what time you go to this location, the wait could be long since they're quite popular. I've never had a nasty drink from them. I've enjoyed whatever drink I have decided to get thus far.
I ordered through the app. I waited in drive-thru for 15 minutes until I got to the speaker only to be told that if my order isn't ready when I get to the window, I'll need to come in. 10more minutes until I got to the window and was told I had to come in. I stated I am handicap hence why I placed a mobile order to begin with? I was told they were behind. Okay, may I just have a refund? The manager came to the window happy to give a refund. I asked if your cashier informed you why I requested a refund? The manager stated she told her that I didn't want to come in for my order. I said NO. Bc I can't come in. I was in an accident, and it's hard to walk. The manager said I can have someone bring it to you in 5 minutes. I said okay ? so I went to park in front of the door. I waited 15 minutes and watched people walk in and out of the location. I then got out and went in to the counter. After standing there in pain so that I can speak to someone, a barista walks to me and asks, is this my order she was holding? I turned to her and answered yes. She apologized for the wait. I said okay, and thank you and walked out. I was the only African American when I walked in there and noticed when people were walking in and out getting their orders left and right with no problem. There were also no other minority people working there either. I believe this was discrimination, and I will never return to this location.
1. Certain items (almost the entire menu sometimes) are unavailable when ordering from the app. If this is the case, just make your coffee at home.2. Ordering from the app in general can be hit or miss. Your items may be done on time (according to the app itself) or up to 40 minutes late (which willl definitely result in you not only getting to work late but with cold baked goods that seem to have been prepared long before your beverages).3. On the plus side, the staff is usually ok. I've only had 1-2 issues I can remember after going here over a dozen times.4. If you want faster service, order through the drive-through. It's apparently a higher priority than an order that has been placed 20 minutes prior to your arrival at this location. Or simply go somewhere else (best option).
Order a couple of coffees and they don’t taste good at all. The hot coffee tastes burnt and I had gotten an oat milk shaken espresso and it doesn’t taste good at all. It was like used sweet cream instead of the oat milk. The workers there were rude and dismissive. They are busy, but it does not give anyone the right to not provide good customer service. The coffee and customer service were not at all what they should be. I do not like plan on coming back to this location.
Orders my mango dragonfruit refresher today with lemonade was delicious lasted most of the ride back to Canada
Favorite Starbucks location! They are speedy and make the drinks amazing!! The employees and managers are very nice and know me by name! I come here 3-4 times a week and they never let me down. Highly recommend this location!
Used to be way better! The staff there now are slow and do not know what they ate doing . Literally have been waiting for one simple drink for 30 min. Staff or no staff that is outrageous. We could have made it ourselves. Do better!
The woman in the drive through here were so sweet! I ordered online, drive through pick up and I forgot a water. She graciously added it on! Noting but smiles!
I ordered this and got something completely different. Why advertise what a product looks like if you’re going to be lazy and make it a different way? This is the 4th time. I complained everytime and nothing has changed I see. I suggest going to a different location!
