I'm giving it a 3 because of customer service and only because of that. The food was decent presentation wise but it was nasty. The meat patty lack flavor which made the whole burger nasty. They were out of 2 items on the menu as far as my order and I was looking forward to trying it (big dill burger and onion rings). The drink was good as well unsweetened strawberry tea. Weird after taste but not enough to discourage from taking another sip. The kids meal was a fair price. Got the chicken tenders nothing to write home about. Again ladies were very nice. Keep up the positive vibes.
I just left this sonic and I wish I could give a zero because that's what's deserved. First, I sat approximately 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Then when I got to the window it took a few minutes for anyone to come for the payment once they took my payment, it took about 10 more minutes to get my food. I watched two cars pull up for them to bring the food out and get their food as we sat there watching. Thehe staff was chilling, drinking slushes and just having a good time. The service was horrible and the food was cold, I wouldn't dare send it back. Had it not been for my grandchildren I would've left long ago. I'll never come back there again. Too many kids playing with the food.
This place is terrible! They are drive thru only, the car hop is still closed. It has two speakers for there to be two lines formed, however, they always only have one open. They are extremely rude to you when you order. I always go there to get ice and it usually depends on who is working on wether or not you can purchase a bag of ice. I would recommend avoiding this location!!
We ordered an ocean water and a cherry limeade with our meals. They rang it up as 2 cherry limeades and when we notified them they said it was rang up as cherry limeade and they couldn’t do anything about that. They did not give us the correct drink and made us keep the other. I understand, but that’s their mistake so they should fix it and they refused. I understand it’s just a drink, but that is not the way you treat customers. I’ve been in customer service for 10+ years and that behavior and attitude is unacceptable. We will be choosing a different sonic from now on.
Chaos! Watched a worker give a customer a hard time because he didn't get his corndog he ordered. My order was short, food and drinks, and it seem to bother the employees that the order was short. I only ordered from here because the kids wanted sonic, never again from this location! Side note: don't put the chili cheese tots in the footlong bag! Just not right .
I normally don't give bad reviews but this place was not good. Food was dry. No sauces.From out of town and stopped here for lunch. My kids got sick after eating his burger from here. not very courteous either for the prices we paid for 2 people ended up being 28.00 and just was not good food.
This location never has ice cream! The machine is apparently broken! How can a Sonic not have ice cream!?! Just don’t even bother going to this sonic. It is not worth your time sitting in the drive thru forever.
The first i went there we got a combo with onion rings. Every time we go back there are no onion rings. Went last evening and there were no onion rings and the shake machine was broken. Come on now!
Really delicious food ? & good service here. It has been a while since I have had Sonic. We choose to order off of the app on my smartphone ?. Sonic had a coupon code for bogo bacon ? ? double cheese ? burgers ? ?. We choose tots instead of fries ? ?. Instead of a pop we switched it for the new cake ? batter & fudge brownie shakes ?. Googlers definitely try out the new shakes. ....... Easiest app ever !!!
Went there because I was craving a big juicy burger and ice! Needless to say, my bacon on my burger was so burnt I couldn’t even chew it! The tots tasted like they were old and dip back in hot grease! I was so disappointed ?I absolutely love sonic but this sonic here needs more training! I paid almost $12 for this and I could’ve went to Burger King ?
