Sushi was delicious! I'm not a huge fan of sushi, but this place is incredible and very cheap compared to other sushi places ive been too. Its very fresh as well. 10/10 recommend the shrimp tempura and any of the california rolls. Will be back very soon
I've been coming here for sushi for a few months now. I've mostly have had take out but the times I've dined-in have all been wonderful experiences. The owners are the most generous people I've ever met and my friends and family never left dissatisfied. My favorite roll would be the super dragon. I highly recommend getting your sushi here!
It's good food, just the sushi just isn't as good as other places, the fish just doesn't have the right twang to it, I don't want to say it isn't fresh, because I've eaten it about 20+ times now and never had any issues, and I obviously like it to keep coming back. The only other gripe I have is the sushi rolls have the end pieces falling apart, the rice is not rolled/packed correctly, and the shape and balance inside the roll is inconsistent (on the end pieces).I like the food, and the price on most items is fair to good value, but the things I mentioned above are consistent, and 5 star would mean I have no negative comments. I will continue to purchase from here, and will change to a five star if I stand corrected.
This is not your Gas Station Sushi. I've been eating here since they opened. I've tried Korean, Japanese, and Chinese food across five countries. Premium and fresh food always. Regardless of price they are much cheaper than others for this high quality. Clean Atmosphere, Fresh Food, Good Portions, Affordable Prices, and Nice Staff. My daughter and I can't get enough. My wife is not big on Sushi, but loves their Chicken Teriyaki.
The sushi here is really good so I wanted to come back and try an entree but I am highly disappointed. This is the teriyaki salmon entree but it’s literally two thin slices of fish on a bed of thinly sliced veggies. Also, the rice had some sort of black residue on it. It was not worth my money. I also had to go back in to ask for soy sauce and utensils.
I recently started getting takeout from here, and quickly became a regular.The staff is very friendly and the food is incredibly tasty.There are very few restaurants that are consistently this good and I'm thankful to live so close.I highly recommend the bulgoki and the popcorn lobster roll. Both are top notch!
The food at this restaurant is always amazing. They have the freshest sushi I have had across 5 continents with unique and creative flavors that satisfy even the most sophisticated of palettes. I have been there at least 30 times since they had opened, and the owners are very kind, the atmosphere very inviting, and I just can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely a Livonia Stapple.
It’s good! They get the food out fast, and the sushi is well done. The people who greet you are a bit abrupt, and the quality of the ramen is alright. It’s a nice addition to the area but I don’t think I would rate it as amazing.
The chicken teriyaki bowl tasted very bland. Really disappointed with my purchase. Didn't taste authentic at all. It wasn't worth $13 in my opinion.
GO GET FOOD HERE!The service is great, the staff is kind and the place is super clean.. but the FOOD. It's sooo yummy. I tried this place for the first time tonight, got 2 las Vegas roll and some salmon nigiri. Simply amazing, great quality, delicious flavors, and they are fast!! They had many carry out orders lined up when I placed my order, and I waited not even ten minutes for my food. Excellent service, excellent food, and totally fair prices. I thought the price for the Las Vegas roll was a bit high $10, compared to $8-9 elsewehere.. but upon arriving home I realized that they use actual crab, not the imitation crab meat. 10/10 I really cannot recommend this place enough! Definitely will be back, this may be our new go-to sushi place close to home. Do yourself a favor and get dinner from here!Oh! And I have had salmon Nigiri at probably at least 10 different sushi shops, and theirs is definitely the best. Idk what they do different, but it's delicious.
