As always smoothie king does it again! I’m always satisfied with my banana boats and the staff are so friendly and inviting. I know I can always rely on smoothie king to get me right!

Always fantastic. This is the best smoothie place I've found in Michigan yet. I get a smoothie from various locations at least twice a week as a meal replacement.
I normally don't give negative reviews however I have to say this. I came to the store in Livonia to purchase a can of vanilla sunwarrior protein. I called before I came to ask if they had it and the young lady said yes. I told her i was on the way to pick it up. When I got to the store she told me that she did not have it and that she remembered talking to me but that she gave me the wrong information. I drove from Novi to Livonia to pick up this protein powder so I asked her if she would mind calling another store to see who had it so I would not have to continue driving all over the place. She told me NO, if I wanted to find out who else had it I'd have to call them myself. I was offended at her tone and asked for the manager. Well, she was the manager. No she was not obligated to call but what happened to customer service? There was none! Needless to say I went to the store in Plymouth. They didn't have what I wanted but asked if I might want to try a different product in vanilla. Therefore I spent my $44.99 + $ for 2 smoothies at another store. Again, what happened to customer service?
I have been here several times and while the service is usually mediocre at best compared to other Smoothie King locations, the smoothies are really yummy so I keep coming back.The service we had tonight at around 8:40pm on 1/19/22 was bad enough to make me not come back. We got there at about 8:40pm after leaving the gym. They said they don’t accept Apple Pay, so we had to go home to grab cash. When we got back at about 8:52, we pulled up to the drive thru and were told by Ruby that they’re closed and that they had been since 7pm. Now I know that’s a lie because we were just there a few minutes ago and they were ready to take our order then.I don’t care that they were trying to close up for the night; I know how it is when it’s late and you just want to go home. My problem is how they treated us, and I don’t appreciate being lied to. When we tried to ask what time they close, both women started raising their voices and basically told us to leave.Now I will go out of my way to go to another location, or to Tropical Smoothie across the street.
If I could give zero stars I would.Reason for the 1 star is tonight’s customer service on 1/19/22. 2 women working, one named Ruby (or Rudy?). I pull up at 8:52, 8 minutes before closing. I’m informed they’re closed. I asked if it was early, she said yes 7 minutes early. I ask what time they close, another woman gets on the intercom and says the kitchen closes at 7. So why would a restaurant be open for 2 hours, between 7 pm - 9 pm, if they aren’t making any smoothies??? All of this happened after I was just there not 10 minutes before but I had to go home to get my wallet.I was obviously lied to about closing time and when I was just confirming when they actually close both women were incredibly rude over the intercom.I won’t be returning to this location and I recommend others stay away too unless you want to be treated poorly right to your face.
Smoothies are THE BEST!!!!! Ruby is Great, super nice with good vibes.
Pleasant staff with quick and prompt service. Very knowledgeable in their menu and accurate with carrying out the orders. ?????
