Terrible customer service!! Will never come to this location again. They had me pull up and served 6 other customers before I came up to the locked door for them to serve a couple more. By the time I got my smoothie it was watered down and not blended properly
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! I went through the drive through and the employee acted as if I was bothering her for ordering. I'm from Texas and use to southern hospitality I guess... I then decided to inside thinking maybe someone else was nice, the lady that came to the door to tell me I couldn't come in was rude as well. Needless to say I'll wait until I get back to Texas to enjoy a smoothie.

Delicious smoothies, friendly staff, good variety of menu options to choose from with many customizable options on the menu.Can't give a full five stars for the higher prices ($6.25+ for a small), lack of smaller size options (20 oz. is a 'small' 32 oz. is a medium and 40 oz. is a large) on adult smoothies, and the fact that their online ordering app is fairly glitchy.The app is good for collecting points on your purchases but they regularly send emails on special $1/$2 off deals that then won't apply to your cart even when you have them selected on the reward portion of the app for the exact item in the exact time frame. It's a shame because it's really delicious and I would definitely stop in every morning if they had smaller sizes/lower prices!
This location didn’t deserve any star rating. The drive thru service was terrible!!! I didn’t have to time to play……just return my money, the Allen Park, MI. location will gladly take it! Much better service.
This was my first time trying this place, smoothie was great but customer service not so much. I came in today around 6pm and the women who helped us was very dry, giving us a not so pleasant look and was rushing my order the entire time.She asked me what size smoothie I would like and I politely asked her what are the different sizes (since I never been here before) she seemed annoyed and pointed to the cups.Disappointed.

The customer service at this location is actually appalling! This is my second time visiting and both times I wasn’t greeted and I was completely ignored when I asked details about an item. The girl responded with “do you know what you want” and “pull ahead”. Truly felt like I was at a McDonalds! I wasn’t even provided my total when I arrived at the second window. So, when I swiped my card and was surprised and what the total was, he seemed surprised as if I should have known what I ordered.It’s a shame because I was excited to see that I live 2 minutes down the street from a Smoothie King and I’ll more than likely never return.
Had an awful experience at this Smoothie King in particular.I wrote them and they haven't gotten back to me. I'll go elsewhere for smoothies unless Smoothie King makes things right
This was my very first time visiting smoothie king. And I was greeted with attitude. Taylor was very rude to me and made it seem if I was bothering her. Like I said it was my first time so I asked about a smoothie and if it was good and she responded by saying “yea.” So flat and dry. Even though this smoothie king is around the corner from my house I will never revisit this location. I will take the drive to a different one.
