Hamburger Fast Food Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt

I was a bit shocked at the price for a burger and fries. But once I tasted everything it was clear on why the prices were as such. The food was fresh and delicious. It was hot and clearly prepared just for me. The 50/50 drink was a perfect quencher to go with my meal. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean. The real Hellman’s mayo was the icing on the cake to put on my fries. Definitely delicious and worth the visit!

We paid $34 for 2 bacon cheese burgers, 2 shakes, and one fry. The shake is so small, the burger came with one patty when the menu shows 2, and there’s no condiments on anything. They gave us packages of ketchup and charged 50 cents for whipped cream that came out of a can. It’s wildly expensive for normal, run of the mill fast food. I’m gonna still eat it though, but I’ll never go here again.Picture with my hand for reference on how small everything is. My ring size is 5.

Got burgers, bacon cheese fries, and cookies and cream shake. The fries were cold and the cheese sauce was not good. The prices are way too expensive even though they are trying be quality it doesn’t taste like it. Our bill was $27 for fast food! Then they asked if we wanted to leave a tip?! For what?! Feeling bad my sister gave them a small tip but who tips at a fast food restaurant? Much better quality down the street at Chick-fil-A!

I ordered a double cheese with bacon and a STRAWBERRY shake- $18.49For $5.50 You get a small milkshake? I was so surprised when she handed me the small cup- looking at the picture this looks like a vanilla milkshake and it tasted like a vanilla milkshake. When the drive through cashier handed it to me, I immediately told her this was supposed to be a strawberry milkshake. She didn’t even look at it but quickly informed me that my all white vanilla tasty milkshake was in fact a strawberry milkshake. ?So shake shack must have this great technology to make a strawberry milkshake that has no pink or any strawberries in it… and still call it a strawberry shake- this immediately soured my mood because the cashier wasn’t even going to listen to me.Secondly the milkshake was overflowing through the hole and was dripping all over . I didn’t want it in my car -instead of her taking it and fixing the problem- I used the napkins that were in the bag and sopped off the excess from the top and the sides. I then handed her the napkins because again I didn’t have anywhere to put them in my car and she looked so annoyed that I would’ve done that- just a tip either use a larger cup or don’t fill it so that’s coming through the hole. It was so liquefied it didn’t even seem like a shake- ( which is why it was overflowing through the lid) it tastes like ice cream that’s been sitting in the bowl for about 30 minutes a lukewarm liquid drink- save your money and don’t get the milkshake! Go to an actual ice cream place and get a milkshake excellent lesson for me to learn! The burger was a 3- Great grilled smashed burger crunch but by the time I got home, (10 min drive) burger bun was soggy/ mush from steam and grease- I didn’t taste sauce just salt- It’s a small burger ( glad I did a double patty) - It seems in the last three months they already raised their prices-It was my first and last visit- Burger places are a dime a dozen in our area! Some have done a very good job at delivering a good burger at a decent price and some fall flat- when you were charging almost $20 for a burger and a shake you better be able to deliver high quality everything to deserve return visits-

My family and I were so excited about checking this place out.We ordered 3 of the 10 piece chicken bites, and 3 orders of cheese fries. The chicken was extremely greasy. Almost as if they didn't strain the grease off after frying them. The fries were okay.I don't think I would go back.

Varying experiences:LOVE the Shack Stack (pictured), Shack Burger, Cheese Fries and Hot Dog.The nuggets were a miss tho, they were grease balls the one time I tried them.

This is a brand new location. I went here for lunch to try their shakes and see what they had on the menu. I ended up getting a cookies and cream shake and a double cheeseburger. The shake consistency is really thick. It tasted great. The burger was really juicy and it was a good size. I think everything here is overpriced. My order came to $15 with just those two items. I also think they need slightly larger straws for their shakes and maybe a different cup material for the shakes as well because the cup can get fairly cold trying to hold it.

Did drive through. First experience with Shake Shack.. Very tasty double stack cheese burger. The patties were grilled crisp and we're juicy. The chocolate shake, no whipped cream was very chocolate. Again tasty. The quality was very good. The value, well, I've experienced better at similar price. Will add, the Point of Sale terminal for drive through was mostly touch less. Important consideration these days.

I’ve never ate a burger so fast in my life but enjoyed the thing the whole time. The crisp salty edges were divine. Bacon cheeseburger I will see you again. The fries were so good, a crispy crunch on every little groove. Mouth watering. Served warm. So good.

I didn’t like the burger, small and it doesn’t have a flavor with barely a taste of sauce and their oil horrible. The fries too, less than good and the cheese sauce taste bad. Third, The small coke is over $3. Overall, too expensive for bad experience. It’s my first and last time here.
