This reminds me of like, buffet style quality. Ordered takeout twice and both times it was the same: sushi thats been made at the beginning if the day and sold throughout many, many hours later. Why was the sauce on top stiff almost. Im concerned. Will not return. Good for some folks.

What a fantastic restaurant hiding in an unassuming building. The servers and sushi chefs were very friendly. The food was super fresh and very authentic. Service was quick and the server was very helpful with suggestions of their favorite special roles. We will certainly be coming back in the future!

Amazing! Seriously one of the best hidden gems in the area!!!!Definitely will return asap!!! ❤️ Miso was delicious as well! My 12 year old loved the Nigiri!

Our favorite local restaurant! We always order a snow corn roll, whether we are getting sushi or ramen or one of their Korean dishes. Super friendly staff, never had an order wrong in the past. ? all of their sushi is top notch, we also love their shrimp tempura appetizer.

Great sushi. My mother and sister got bento boxes. They were great and filled with a bunch of different items, a good deal for wanting a little of everything.

i was disappointed in my experience. i ordered two sushi rolls (las vegas, Philadelphia). the Las Vegas says it comes topped with eel sauce. nope. it has a ketchup substance and jalapeños. the Philly roll is also supposed to come with eel sauce. they gave my soy sauce. if they're trying to save a few pennies then change the menu. as far as the taste. there was so much sauce on las vegas roll that's all i could taste. the prices are high. i got 6 pieces in my Philly roll. never had less the 8-10 peoces anywhere I've ever ordered them. way too expensive for what i got. won't be going back.

Fast, fresh, and flavorful. Wide variety of sushi with an affordable price. I generally get fried rolls, and they are always fantastic. I crave this sushi all day everyday! Also, the green tea is super nice ?Thank you

3 times we've ordered from here through door dash they accept the order then change the time for 2 hours out then cancel your order. Very disappointing when you and the family are hungry waiting for food. And it's very disrespectful to the door dash people that show up and wait then leave when not ready.

Food is always amazing. Dined in for the first time and literally had to order at the counter and pay there as well… not sure why every other table was waited on except mine.

Just ate at this place and feel compelled to leave a review. I'm visiting from out of town. I went out last night and had a beef bibimbap in downtown Detroit at Traffic Jam & Snug (bar pub place) that was AMAZING. Today I thought of repeating that same experience and googled around for Korean/Japanese restaurants, and ran across this place. It had good reviews and it was family owned. Great. I took my aunt there and we ordered two sushi rolls, she ordered a beef bibimbap and I ordered the seafood one. So here's how that went down:. the two rolls we ordered, the Mexican roll and the snow corn roll, were amazing. We got miso soup and salad with our main dish. I asked the sever if it comes with ginger dressing and he said yes. When the salads came out, they had some sort of gray dressing on them that tasted like homemade Italian (?). So no ginger dressing. Okay. Miso soup was excellent. Our bibimbaps then came out. The seafood one was supposed to be served in a hot stone bowl. I used to work at a Korean restaurant and never liked the way the stone bowl burns the rice, so asked for it to be served in a regular bowl. Both bibimbaps were lukewarm at best. Everything in the bowl, from the vegetables to the meat/seafood, to the rice, which should have really been steaming hot, was lukewarm. The gochujang sauce, which was handed to us in a cold bottle, just made the whole thing colder and less appealing. I looked for our server several times. I wanted to tell him that I wasn't happy with the meal and that maybe he could throw it in the microwave for us? But he was nowhere to be found. And it's not even a big place, and it was literally us and one other table that came in about halfway into our meal. Our server never came to check on our entrees, we needed extra napkins, and it would've been nice to get a hot tea refill. When I finally got up and went to the counter to ask for tea and he came over, I told him how cold the meal was and he told me it was supposed to be like this. I started getting annoyed at this point and told him no it's not. He then said it was like that because I didn't order it in the stone bowl. So now we're just going back and forth over nonsense. I normally don't post reviews, but this situation really p*ssed me off, as who wants to spend hard earned money on a subpar dining experience. I've worked in hospitality on and off for years. I don't understand how somehow can make so many basic mistakes, and how they can barely handle two tables. It's also unfortunate that I can get a hot, satisfying bibimbap at a pub (in no stone bowl) than at a place that specializes in Korean food.
