Stopped here for my birthday. If you join their membership rewards you get a free burger. I ordered the Chicken Whisky Burger. You get unlimited fries or salad. I chose their salad. It was very fresh. The barbeque chicken burger was very tender and tasted great. It was on a bun with cheese, lettuce and tomato with mayo. Jennifer was my waitress. She often stopped by to see if I needed anything.

I ordered two different combinations of Cheeseburger ? ? platters. One combination platter had a BBQ Cheeseburger ? ? special sauce loaded with a side of onion ? ? rings ? ?. The other combination platter had a original American Cheeseburger ? ? loaded with a side of French fries ? ?. Delicious ??! New blog Googlers and I have pics ?. Make sure you all try'em out.
I was told the fish and chips were excellent however the fish was dripping in grease. The bottom of the basket was covered with grease, they steak fries was fantastic!!! They need to drain or do something ! I have had fish at other places and was nothing like this. Server was good on a positive note. Restaurant clean!
Came into town for a funeral. The hotel was next door. walked over and was told a 25 minute wait. Found a place at the bar and ordered a tall beer. Well 3 talls beers later I went back to the front and asked how long. They apologized and said it would be just a few minutes and it was. Then I was seated and waited another 15 minutes. The young lady asked if I wanted another beer tall beer. I asked if it all depends on how long it would take for my order. She said a short beer should do it and it did. So to make a long story short. My beers and $15 burger cost me over 2 hours and over $50.00. Not a restaurant I would visit again.
Went because I'm a Royalty Club member. Have not been here since before the pandemic. Got free birthday burger. There used to be a price limit. Not this time. Got the brisket burger with bacon. I'm diabetic so I got lettuce instead of a bun.was able to get their steak fries, with campfire sauce. I used to eat 2 orders of unlimited fries. Couldn't do it this time. As a bonus, got a free scoop of ice cream for my birthday. Excellent waitress. Great food what's not to like?
Take out service here is HORRIBLE. We live less than 5 miles from the restaurant. Our fries were cold and limp. Our main entrees were also cold.They do nothing to keep the food warm and just keep them on shelves near the front door, we have dined in here and the food and service are great...we will not ever do take out here again. Very disappointed ?
Bottomless drinks and sides are always a blessing from Red Robin. There was a little wait before being seated because the nice and respectful manager didn't want to overload the kitchen. Once seated there was no wait in getting our drinks and food. The waitress was nice and on top of the refills before I even thought I needed one. Great service!
It wasn't busy at all which is why the wait time for drinks alone was ridiculous. The food wasn't hot when it came out and the waiter did his best but a lot was missed or forgotten like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles pretty much everything that goes on a burger. Burger was ordered well done but was pink. The mozzarella sticks weren't fresh and the fish and chips was served without tartar sauce. I ordered a freckled lemonade and it was disgusting. The strawberries looked old and it tasted like water. I've never had this type of dine in experience at Red Robin, but I've also never been to this location. I won't be coming back.
I made the mistake of ordering something other than a burger. Got the fish and chips, they were horrible. I've had their burgers before and they are OK, nothing to write home about, but good. I'd go back for burgers, and the service has always been great there, but I would stray too far from what they're known for when looking at their menu.
Such great service. We always stay close to this location in particular when coming to the area because the food is great and the staff is so wonderful.
