There was a teacher appreciation coupon on the Red Lobster website offering "buy one entree worth $20 and get one entree free". The manager wouldn't honor the special. He said it was buy TWO entrees and get one free. We asked to see this communication from corporate telling him NOT to honor the website offer. He offered TO READ it to us. We allowed him to read the website offer from the cell phone. He saw the offer and still refused to honor the offer. Since we only came to the restaurant because of the special which was expiring today, we chose to eat somewhere else.
Soooooooooooooo I was shocked by the subpar service we received. We've been here numerous times and typically do takeout but this night was date night so we sat down. Our waitress barely came by, didn't give us her name so when we needed something we had to speak to whomever was in the area. The place didn't look packed so not sure if she had to cover many tables, or just not into it that night.Our food was okay, no complaints there. My drink didn't come with the blackberries and unfortunately our waitress didn't tell me until after I asked ?.
Did call ahead seating, showed up at the specified time and still waited 20 minutes. We got sat, waited another 15 minutes for the server to even address us. The server took our complete order and we never saw her again. We waited for another 15 minutes, no drinks(only ordered two Pepsi and one iced tea so it’s no like we were waiting on the bar), no bread, not even seeing the server. Manager did nothing, we walked out. Literally wasted an hour at the restaurant and didn’t even get a glass of water. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I do not recommend anyone go to this restaurant, you will waste your time and money. Worst experience with service I’ve ever had with customer service.
Haven't been to the Red Lobster in over 10 years. I had a great time. Drinks was on point. Although, I don't do the fruity drinks. I have a great shots of Tequila and lemon. Had the special that included a salad or soup, a starter that included cheese sticks and a entree that included fish and chips. Very good for $15.99. This special has more choice to choose from. So it's a good try. The servers were great and I tip them great like more than the meal.
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our date night!! The food was amazing especially the scallops and cajun salmon!! Definitely going back soon.
Great service-my waitress, I believe her name was Tiffany (been a few days) was very accommodating. I ordered the wrong meal and she replaced it without hesitation.I ordered a lunch special. It was good and filling.

I took my grandma here on April 9th to celebrate her birthday at her favorite restaurant with some family, 6 adults 2 children. Everything was fine in the beginning, we sat down fast and our waiter was there waiting for us. But after that it was horrible! They sat us right up under the air vent which was blowing out freezing air like it wasn’t freezing outside! We then ordered all waters and pop with the exception of 1 liquor beverage and 1 coffee. The only thing to come to our table in the 15mins that we were seated was the 1 liquor beverage and 1 coffee. We also got 2 trays of biscuits that were warm when they arrived was ice cold by the time you went for a second one(because of the cold air above). After about 30 mins we started seeing our waiter bring drinks and food to the other people seated around us and yet we still had no drinks not even our little ones! They even brought out our salads but still nothing to drink! So, so far I’ve eat biscuits and a salad with nothing to drink!!! Finally they bring our food out, half our table ordered the ultimate feast including myself. When we got our crab legs, they were awful! They were extremely soggy from being over cooked or just sitting in some warm water, along with being cold themselves! They only thing I could eat from the whole meal was the shrimp scampi! My grandma just picked over her food because it was cold and nasty! We waited over and hour for nasty cold food! You guys could’ve at least brought our food hot! Even through all of this we still tipped and paid for our food with a $10 discount off a $79 bill of BS! Talk to your cooks or change how you prepare meals!
Honestly their food is apart and their service is slow. I waited over an hour for one drink and it never showed but was charged to my bill and had to be corrected. I would recommend going somewhere else
