Firstly, I just want to commend the two guys working here because they had a million people come in at once and they were really trying their best to get folks out asap. That being said, a portion of our order got mixed up in the jumble and while still very yummy, was a bit of a bummer to have happen on top of the half hour wait time. Would still go again for the surf n turf bowl though, very good!!
1 of 4 orders were correct and the order was not ready during the time I was notified it would be ready. Missing black beans on one order, about 1 spoon full of brown rice and beans on another order, and cilantro instead of romaine lettuce on the 3rd order, with corn...? which was not on any orders. One order which was chicken, plus add steak, looked like they split the order and gave us half chicken and half steak. The burrito that was ordered was ripped and food was falling out. Very disappointed. Will likely not be back. I would highly recommend going to the QDoba location on 8 mile and Haggerty. Always a great experience there.
Every time I go here the food is outstanding and the people who work there really go above and beyond to make sure they make it exactly the way you want it I mean they really try hard. this is a good location with good food and good people.
I have tried to give them my business several times in the last few months and every single time they have run out of nearly everything! I understand shortages but it seems to be a constant at this place. I can go to Chipotle or anywhere else and they have a nice variety of options for me to order from their menu.
Only reason for the 3 star is because it was a late order and I’ve had a few good experiences here before.Ordered delivery around 845. Ground beef burrito, driver texted me and asked if I wanted chicken because they were out of beef. I did not receive chicken. It was rubbery and to be honest I don’t know what it was. Also forgot chips and queso. Told the driver and she said that’s all they gave her and she walked away.My fault for ordering before they closed. Next time just cancel the order or just don’t accept delivery orders after 8?
Came in today for some bowls. They’re only accepting online orders right now because of staffing issues. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and helpful. The food was amazing. Please continue to support this location. Better service and quality of food than the other Livonia location by A LOT.

Ordered online, picked my order up and took it home, half way through eating my chicken bowl notice very rubbery tough pieces of chicken. Found out there was raw chicken in my bowl. I called the store and the manager told me he cant help me, and told me the store manager would call the next day, they never called. Raw chicken should be a high priority when it comes to health and safety of staff and customers.
Came in late grab a bite for the wife and it was a good experience. Even though they were wrapping up for the night the workers were friendly and the food was fresh and hot. Generous portions, friendly workers, hot and fresh food. What else can you ask for?
Just like any Qdoba, the food is always delicious! The staff at this location are friendly and very helpful. Only pulling a star as orders are often incorrect and/or missing items.
