Their pizza is mediocre nowadays, I'm not sure what's happened with that as well as the cheese bread too. Their marinara sauce and ranch are very good. I love love love the ribs (5 stars on the ribs). The BBQ sauce is sweet, tangy, and peppery. I like their coleslaw, it's minced and creamy. Cashier is always nice and attentive. They cut down on the inside market. Mostly beer/wine/soda now. The Oreo cookie dessert pie is delicious. High recommend!
Order a pizza at exactly 11:10pm and the primo’s employee says they’re still taking/running orders. I place an order that totaled $40.52. (That’s including the $10 tip for the delivery driver.) that night me and my family waited & waited concluding after an hour and 45 minutes that our dinner/ordered would not be delivered an or would not answer after 4 calls. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM PRIMOS PIZZA. GOODBYE ?

I've been ordering pizza there since early 80s. I have one just about three a month. This last time I order one. It was under cooked the way I ordered it. And there was something about the taste. It wasn't the Primo's I know and enjoy. It didn't even look right. Not sure what going on. ?
Is good quality food with reasonably fast service. Not my favorite type of crust But still a good choice. Additional menu items Will satisfy Those not interested in pizza.
Ashley is the nicest person you will ever talk to. I’m writing this review before Ive even tried the pizza (which I’ve heard is fantastic). In conclusion: this place has earned an A+ just based on the customer service from Ashley! If you are a manager reading this please make her employee of the month.
Usually decent pizza… it’s not the greatest so they really should be cautious of how they treat their customers. We ordered a salad.. just a salad… showed up about 30 minutes later and walked in to wait in line. I have always worked in the restaurant industry so I am entirely empathetic and understand how quickly things get crazy and overwhelming. My husband went to the front counter to pay and they said they didn’t have an order for a salad (we called- this was not an online order). So she said she would put it in to make it. 20 minutes later… we go back to the counter and asks where our salad is and the girl at the counter goes to “check in the back” for it. I get it… everyone is slammed and staff is slow but if you messed up and forgot an order just own it and make it right! An order that was forgotten should be expedited especially if it’s a salad ? it’s lettuce and veggies! Usually enjoy primos but the perk of selling beer won’t make up for the lackluster service to your loyal customers. Please try to do better.
Huge menu full of exceptional food & especially exceptional pizza. I think it's going on three decades ordering from here. And, incredibly polite, friendly & helpful people here. Can't miss.
We drive about 15 minutes out of the way to get Primos from this location specifically. Pizza is amazing, staff is even better! Picked up a pizza tonight at almost 2 AM and Olivia was so kind and friendly, even at such a late hour!
Wait times can be lengthy but I understand because of the understaffing issues going on. Amazing pizza and wings, sad that ours were pretty cold even tho quoted an hour wait and showed up 45 mins after placing.
