We visited this retro styled diner for the first time for breakfast. The portions were generous and the food was tasty. We had the usual eggs, bacon, ham and hash browns. The hash browns were excellent and a very large portion. I also had grits which most places around here don't offer. The prices were reasonable. My only complaint was that it took a very long time for our orders to come out (it was not crowded at all). We didn't get a chance to check their lunch offerings.
We absolutely love this restaurant! Everyone is always welcomed with a hello and a smile. Never a complaint about the food always hot and fresh. They are only open between 7 and 3 but so worth the visit.
Well on March 23, 2022 the Prime Grill Restaurant refused to honor a gift certificate that was purchased for my parents of $15.16. In Michigan we have State of Michigan and Federal laws that state such items are good for 5 YEARS without penalty of service fees from inactivity. This action from the owner is such a disgrace. Because of this action from the Prime Grill Restaurant our family and friends will no longer be visiting this establishment. This gift certificate was purchased 11/11/2019 just before COVID-19 started and most Americans didn't go out to eat. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General and the Consumer Protection Department in Lansing and contacting my Michigan State Representative.
Been coming to prime grill for lunch for several years. Food is always outstanding and a extremely friendly and helpful staff. Can’t get any better because it’s already there.
Over priced, but they gave you a lot of hash browns The Waitresses were friendly I'll see how it tastes tomorrow I ordered a breakfast today but my potatoes wasn't cooked well enough so I just put the whole thing in refrigerator how to cook them when I get to work tomorrow

I enjoyed my first visit last week so much, I came back for a second in a week and although I thought they were great already, second visit was even better, it made me want to leave a review.We came here only once before today but the waitress remembered us already which was such a pleasant surprise. It made us feel welcomed.After placing the order, a man in the kitchen who seemed like the owner came out to bring us our food and to greet us. So nice of him!My crepes were nice and crispy on the outside and moist and fluffy in the inside. Yum yum yum!! It was well worth cheating on my diet :)The club sandwich and thick waffles looked very good too.Overall I enjoyed dining at prime grill and will come back for more! Very nice staff and tasty food!
