I placed my order soon as I walked in the lady couldn’t find me order then she found it and said it would just be a few minutes I wasn’t rushing because I knew I was early, I use the restroom and come sit down the on other lady comes and ask me if I was ordering something with a attitude after she knew I had placed an online order. If you didn’t want people sitting in before they’re order comes out they could have simply said that. I’m a regular and I come here very often because it’s right across the street they’re very familiar with me.
This place has the best sandwiches, definitely recommend it.
This place is kind of a joke. Lazy management and usually only one good worker. The older ladies move fast. These young ones you never really see. Gonna give it a few more times. If management doesn't actually do their job, we will recommend highly against this location

I have been coming here for years getting the same sandwich, no questions asked ( I like mine double baked ). However one of the workers there I believe her name was Dani seemed awfully concerned with the fact that I like my sandwich the way I do. I honestly felt pretty down about it but she got all my toppings right. If you're seeing this I hope you try it out one day its so good

Forgot something on order n sandwich’s we’re made sloppy n cold n wilted tomato’s n lettuce . Will not be ordering from here again.very disappointed
It was swamped when we went but the service was still fantastic. The workers were very friendly, were very sanitary and all in masks, and were really quick. I think the turnover rate here is pretty high, which doesn't speak well of the company in general, but the staff at this Potbelly's is always great.
Closes at 4 pm people aren't even off work by then how is this place even in business still
Last two experiences were terrible.First one I waited 40 mins for my online order. People who walked in way after me had there food made before I got mine.Second experience, I scheduled my food two hours before and when I got my food it was cold. It was like it was made 30+ mins before it was scheduled to be picked up.Extremely disappointed because I love there food generally speaking.
