I placed a online order. When I picked up my order I did not realize anything was wrong. However when I began to unbag my dinner I realized one of the bowls of soup was not sealed.I tried to call the location to discuss what happened after 5 calls with no answer, I drove to the location. As I walked in the door I grabbed my phone and began to call the store. I hear the phone and not one associate acknowledged the phone ringing. There was not one other patron in the store. As I approached the counter I asked to speak to a manager. The young man said very politely he is outside. I explained the situation that the soup was not sealed and showed him my soggy cookies and mess of a salad. He was very nice and began to recreat my order . I grabbed my phone again and called the store. The phone is ringing and again not one associate reacted to the phone. I set the phone down on the counter and let it ring for the duration of my meal being recreated. Making small chat with the person helping me. Asked him how long has he worked for the company 6 months he says. I tried very hard to maintain my frustfation as this location had 2 employees working. My review is mostly over the phone not being answered. Hay potbelly answer the damn phone.
I love this place. Great sandwiches! My favorite is chicken salad. Not that I'm gluten free, they offer the chicken salad in a cup still so I can still get my favorite thing!

I ordered a take out and bit into a decent size piece of bone in my pot pie soup. When I called to report it I spoke to a Matt who really didn’t assure me that number one he was concerned and number two that they would pull the batch of soup. Also didn’t help just said sorry and goodbye. Now I can say DoorDash went above and beyond when I let them know! As a previous food industry manager this is serious and if I was someone else it would have been a lot worse.
The staff member at the store is awesome my review is not a reflection of him. However the business is shady because my card was charged 3 times and my order was canceled and I never received a refund. I’m currently working with my bank to get it taken care of because when I reached out to their customer service number their automated system misinterpreted my call back number and they do not give you an option to speak with a representative. I also never received a response via email. If you want to order DO NOT use their app because you’ll be overcharged without a refund.
This sandwich shop is outstanding. The portions they give are generous and the food all tasted fantastic. This Potbelly gives more than other such places and makes me feel welcome whenever we come.
Been going to potbelly for years! Came to this location and ordered a big size grilled chicken and chedder (no add ons). Order ended up costing over 10 dollars. Everywhere else is somewhere in the 8 dollar range. Will be going to a different location. 30 percent more of a sandwich doesnt equal over 50 percent more increase in cost.
Always have issues with delivery and doordash orders here. I receive the wrong items, missing items, my sandwiches are inedible from having meat on a vegetarian sandwich, & special instructions never followed. No real resolution from store either.
The food was really good, the bread was delicious!
The two young men did a great job today. Courtesy phone order. Order was correct as he explained one of the ingredients not in stock. Attitude was welcoming and attentive.I appreciate your good customer service :)
