This is the Greek salad I got, no chicken or anything else just lettuce ?
This used to be a nice location. I ordered in drive-thru and was told to park in a numbered spot in front of the building for my order to be brought out. The young lady who may have prepared the food was wearing a thin Winnie the pooh pajama set. You could see panty and bra. Her teeth looked like they were not brushed. Who allowed this? Very unprofessional. My bag was sealed and I assumed everything was in there. My sandwich was sloppily made and salad had no dressing, eating utensil and napkins. I work in healthcare and did not have time to return for them to correct my order.
Very clean and the employees are warm and friendly. My 3 Children loved it so much they requested to go 2 days in a roll. ?
Very few vegetarian let alone vegan options available. Almost all meals contain meat and this in 2022! Also, no discount or alternatives offered at all for ordering meals without meat when this is really the only pricey ingredient in a salad.
It used to be a very nice restaurant. Today I ordered a bagel sliced and toasted through drive through and when I got home the bagel was half burnt. I am pretty sure who ever prepare the order did see that and they put that burnt bagel for me to take it home.
Cinnamon Crunch bagels were great as usual but I tried the frozen Strawberry Lemonade for the first time. I was definitely disappointed, it was not very flavorful, tasted weak, more like slighly flavored ice.
Enjoy going to Panera Bread. The variety of foods are great. I have a few favorite things I like to eat.
The food is good and the staff is better. Big shout out to Deziree and Mike as they were very friendly and helpful.
I used order here all the time.My last two experiences were horrible. Dont try calling the store because no one answers the phone...it rings forever then someone picks up and hangs up. I gave them another chance today after my last experience because I understand things happen...but today after waiting an hour for my delivery they canceled my order. No email no phone call NOTHING! The only reason I even knew it was canceled was because I hit the track my order link after the hour passed. No one ever planned on letting me know. Ive called 7 times to ask what happened...again, no answer. I would never order here again.
An absolutely subpar Panera location.Last visit, I got a mango smoothie which was warm, extremely heavy on the mango concentrate product (disgustingly undrinkable), and had a handful of ice cubes floating in it. Had clearly been sitting out for some time before they slapped it in a cup with some cubes and passed it off to me. That same visit, my salad was not even half full and was missing avocado. Love it!Today, I received a to-go soup with the lid only half-on, thus exploding all over the rest of my food and car. Same problem with the smoothie: floating ice cubes in a warm cup of smoothie concentrate. Never had that problem at any other location.Wish there was a way to contact Panera for a refund. Will not be visiting this location again.
