This place is truly an Oasis. Nestled in a nice strip mall and surrounded by the usual suspects of processed food and fast food. Oasis is deliciously home made food served timely. I had the lamb shank entree with rice, a salad (house made dressing), side of hummus. The bread was fresh out of the oven warm. Also home made!I’m not a local but please support this local small business. This place is “truck driver” verified delicious. Yum Yum Yummy!!!!!!!!!Oh and the staff was super friendly and attentive…..
Call to notify the restaurant that my order was missing items and the response that I received was check the bag as if I hadn’t already done that! Then when I continued to express that things were missing, the person on the phone said “oh well we must’ve forgot what do u want me to do?” Like he had an attitude and it was my problem to figure out! Furthermore, the rice was over cooked and the chicken cream chop was soggy. There are plenty of Mediterranean places that are better with better service. I spent $40 on food that was not enjoyable. Would not Recommend!
I have eaten here a few times great food but not to good service. But if your willing to wait a few minutes for your food i believe you may think it worth waiting a few extra minutes for your food.
Amazing food they give you enough to feed an army I ordered last week and it was amazing everyone was so hapoy and full the hummus and spicy hummus and garlic dip and kebob platter and fatoush salads were amazing!
We order by phone almost every week since we moved to Livonia area. One time they forgot to give us garlic, so need to mention all the time not to forget.Last night I called and order whole deboned chicken. Omg the rice is watery, the chicken is old. We order fresh bread, they gave very cold and hard bread. This time they forgot the lentil soup. I called ahead of time, my husband still waited long at the restaurant for our order.Done with this place ??????
It was my first time here. My son and I both had Lunch Specials. The service and the food were good, and it appeared clean.
Good food but was told 20 min for a pick up order...it took an hour. I understand things happen but relay possible delays to the customers. If they had been honest about the time I could've taken care of other things. Instead, I wasted 40 minutes just sitting in the restaurant.
This place has really gone downhill. The pita was dry and burnt. They changed there lentil soup recipe no flavor and added little noodles ruining the texture. The falafel feels like the life was sucked out of it(less spices) The garlic sauce was lessened no garlic kick and The service was slow and infuriating. the overall experience was very negative. Compared to what this place can do this is definitely a 1 star. I can’t in good conscience give it higher. Please improve to your former quality and I will consider returning. Very disappointing.
So disappointed. Slimy, oily vegetables. Chicken was mushy. Looked like grinded scraps of chicken. We won't be returning.
