The service, reception was warm and welcoming. The staff was very patient and helpful when we took our time to scout the menu and order. The food was absolutely on point, freshly made packed with flavor. Compliments to the chef. The food is so awesome that you’d want to order dessert. ?
Food served fresh and hot; they are always very helpful when you have ordering questions. Very kind and polite, interested in your likes and dislikes. Wonderful sauces and flavors, excellent variety! Highly recommend!
Food is average here. Pakoras tasted stale and old. Samosa was good. Seekh kabobs we’re super skinny and dry. Chicken tikka was good. Naan is good.
What a coincidence!! my mother's name Is noorjahan too! we were in the area and was craving indian cuisine! hopped on search bar and their restaurant name pop up. I wasted no time and went straight to their restaurant where we had The Lamb chop, Chicken Biriyani and lamb Karahi with Garlic Naan. the food was phenomenal! Satisfied my craving very well! will be back and good luck with your business!
My sister and I decided to check out @noorjahan.indian.grill in Northville (on the boarder of Livonia). This was truly a hidden gem Noorjahan is a family owned business and has only been open for a few months. They also have locations in Grosse Pointe and Bloomfield Hills. They are 100% halal!Pictured:-Butter Chicken-Tandoori Chicken-Chili Chicken-Chicken Biryani- Veggie Appetizer for two (pakoras, samosa, onion bhaji)-Garlic/Plain NaanMy absolute favorite dish was the butter chicken. My sisters favorite was the chili chicken. Everything was sooo delicious and sooo full of flavor. Highly recommend you guys check them out for yourself.
Our first visit to this restaurant won't be our last. What an amazing flavor profile for your pallette. Everything from the Masala tea with milk to the garlic naan was amazing.Do yourselves a favor and get the appetizers for two. My wife and I really enjoyed the fried onion ball.Everything was authentic and wonderfully seasoned. A great date spot for sure.
Been here twice since it opened and the food has been great both times. The staff was super friendly and the service was fast. Very clean and spacious facility. Their Garlic naan is amazing, you can just eat the entire naan by itself!!
Decided to try them out as newly opened in our area. Very clean and nice ambient lighting. Looks like they are still planning some pictures and decorations which will give it even more atmosphere. Food was good and great taste of spices in the gravy. Bottled water would be good to add to the menu and a little less oil in the gravy but overall very nice. We will definitely try them again
I visited this restaurant for the first time today and guys the food here is tasty. We ordered spicy Kheema curry and Garlic naan. Believe me, the kheema was delicious and naan was perfectly cooked. It was luscious naan I ever had in any restaurant in the US.I was a bit disappointed with the test of chicken biryani. It was not yummy but overall, it was okay. We had also ordered Samosas for appetizers. They serve samosas along with three chutneys which are mint, tamarind, and curd raita.We did not ordered any desserts, but we will hope again to try other delicacies in future. We are going to visit again.The staff was polite and kind to us. Ambience was well maintained and clean. They gave us 15% discount card as well.
We were really impressed with NoorJahan. The prices are good, the food was really amazing, and the ambience is so much better than a lot of Indian/ Asian places. Our server was kind and helpful. My husband, being Indian himself, is really picky about Indian food, and almost always disappointed by restaurants. Thank God, we found a place he likes :) and thanks NoorJahan!
