I visited the Livonia location for my first time eating Noodles & Co. Food was good, would have probably tasted great if it had enough/ more sauce. I paid extra for shrimp in my chicken dish and proportions were good. The staff seemed to need more training on menu items, and wait time wasnt bad for a walk in carry out. I will return to eat Noodles ? again. ?
The broth tasted ok in the chicken soup but there was like no chicken in it, there were WAY to many noodles, and I found a spaghetti noodle in mine. The pot stickers were flavorless and greasy/oily as hell. The store itself was ok I guess aside from the dirty menus and the order number things were dirty too, plus the broken chair my boyfriend sat on and almost fell out of. I personally won't be going back to this location ever again.
Food is always prepared fresh. Service and staff are nice and friendly. Good place for early to late lunch.
Convenient location. Decent menu options. Food is okay. Establishment isn't very tidy. Hair nets are not worn. A Customer was never waited on the entire time my order was being prepared. Cashier wasn't helpful as I mentioned to her that was my first time. Overrated. Definitely too high priced. My 3 bowls was $32. Wouldn't recommend unless it's a carryout night and you have an urge for it.
Opened late on my 30 min lunch hour. Waited 20 minutes for them to take my order Padthai and shrimp. Eggs burned and noodles stuck together in clumps.. minimum sauce and horrible under trained service. Workers standing around on phones.. never again. Used to be a class act. Not ant more!
Customer service sucked. Not friendly or helpful at all. First time ever in this establishment and couldn't get any answers to any of my questions. But ended up enjoying what I just randomly picked. The lobby was a disaster.
Fast service and good taste
Waited inside for over 40 minutes for my online order. The entire place is extremely dirty and needs a cleaning. Workers not wearing masks properly. Workers also walking around cooking and bagging food in boots/slippers. No work shoes in site. I will not be back.**Trying to post a picture of the unsanitary boots but it will not let me. I will gladly email the picture wherever it needs to go.
Every time I eat at this location my food is not good. Noodles will be hard, either too much or too little sauce, even the pop is flat. Sometimes I'll give it some time before going back and hope it'll be better, but it's just always bad and disappointing.
Good food and kind service~ very nice staff and the place was kept very clean. I wish I could take out/dine in every time because I love the fancy drink dispenser with all the flavor combinations. I have raspberry vitamin water the other day and it was really good! I wish the front door to the building wasn't so heavy but there are worse things~
