The Staff Greated me with a Smile.They showed menu knowledge and patience making my Pizza, answered my questions about the Salad Option and my Pizza was delicious.The Manager, Courtney, engaged me in conversation and Diana, the Register Attendant recommended the App and Rewards Program, which I did.5 out of 5 Stars! ☀️?☀️
So I would've given this place 5 stars if only for customer service. The entire staff was awesome and apologetic because they were out of like 50% of the ingredients (which is why I gave them 4 stars) I understand it was Friday night and so I get it and it was close to closing time but anyways like I said, to the owner- your whole staff deserves a raise. There was a ton of people in line that they had to explain the situation to and they were all so nice and did not let the pressure affect their attitude toward customers. Keep up the good work guys- the food was also great BTW!
Nice take on pizza. They make the pizza to order. The dough is thin, most likely so it cooks fast. All regular topping plus some others you may not of tried. This place won't replace your favorite pizza place but hot, fresh and quick? Sounds good to me ?
Jst had lunch here for the first time, got the margarita pizza. Not only was the pizza good, with fresh ingredients, but it was fast. Way faster than I expected. The service was also excellent. I didn't catch the guy's name, but he is tall with dreads. He was so nice, and so helpful. I will definitely come back every time I'm working in this area.
This is my favorite pizza in the city. Crispy thin crust, delicious toppings, and perfect consistency and flavor with the sauce. Some of the best pizza you can have for sure. If you like thin crust give it a chance.
My daughter and I went in to get pizzas on a Friday night. The place was very busy but the line was moving. When I got to the counter I could see the chaos....but it was organized chaos. The employees were literally running around to serve everyone quickly and were doing it with a smile on their face. Aside from the line of people in the restaurant, there were online and phone orders coming in as well. I was in awe as I watched them all running about and staying organized, and they even had time to complement each other. In a time where finding a staff is hard to come by, this place has got winners! This establishment should be proud of the hard work these amazing employees put in. The food is always good but I can honestly say I will be back because of the service. Keep up the great work!
The food’s always delicious! I love that I can get my own pizza with anything I want, and the price doesn’t change by topping. They’ve also got good iced teas and lemonades (try the Marion berry lemonade!) And the staff are stellar! John, especially, was great during my most recent visit. Knowledgeable about the toppings, but also humorous and delightful!
1st time ever at a Mod pizza. Heard of them before, but never knew what they were. Great idea like subway, but only with pizza! A lot of different topping to choose from. Staff was friendly and explained the process
I normally fully enjoy my visit. The pizza is delicious. I normally do take out, but this time I decided to sit in. I didn't enjoy my sit down experience. The location was dirty. There was so much food and garbage on the floor it just didn't feel sanitary. I just boxed my food and left and with my kids. The staff seemed a lite stressed, which is understandable with the day and time. Just wish the experience matched the experience I had when I first tasted this pizza. Worth giving another try because we all have bad days.
Honestly if I could I would give them no stars. I am a repeat Mod Pizza Customer. So I don’t like meat and cheese in my vegetables, that’s just one thing. My main issue was no gloves being worn touching the whole pizza before putting it in the oven. Be really mindful of the process after they make your pizza! They will touch it regardless of what they touched prior. They have an excuse of it being too hot by the oven, which is why she says they don’t wear gloves over there. Terrible Customer service from staff and Courtney in management. Left the pizza on the counter and exited. Never will return to this location.
