They were very nice considering they were working on the Memorial holiday. Very small staff and no time &1/2 for working on a holiday.

Paul/McDonald’s this location Was Unprofessional and Incompetent. The saving grace was Devin, he needs to be acknowledged. Those Cashiers were disgustingly rude. The worst part is I called to complain and spoke to the manager Ariana and she must’ve misinterpreted my line of questioning and she rudely hung up. Who does that ?

It's a McDonald's so don't expect a 3 star Michelin star restaurant. My only complaint really about this place is the customer throughput. It's horrible. Orders I've gotten here are normally right and accurate with only rare occasions where something is wrong or missing.

Food was good and service was fast for lunch time rush. Workers were super nice and friendly

Food quality was good and the drive through line moved quickly. This particular location closes very early these days (as of Feb 2022 they seem to always be closed by 7 PM), but if you can get there while their open they seem to be a good location.

I asked for a egg McMuffin and I got egg shell McMuffin. I'm not going back to McDonald's!

Best McDonald’s. Order correct, food hot, and polite and quick service. My new go to McDonald’s.

Ordered Meal #5 chicken nuggets with no salt on the fries and french vanilla iced coffee... We waited for 25 minutes for them to get our order wrong. Gave us salt on the fries where it was cold, gave me my iced coffee without vanilla. A huge disappointment.

I have reached the point where I absolutely hate going to a McDonald's, and this one is the worse. I was in line a week ago and they closed at 6:20 p.m. Last night, only 1 line open for the drive thru and drinks were only 3/4 full. BTW this is the McDonald's on Farmington Rd & 7 Mile Rd.

$13, 20 minute wait, ICE COLD food. Poor planning in getting customers through the line. I had to throw out the fries as they are both cold and hard from sitting too long.
