Worst McDonald's ever & ghetto & very dirty on the inside. Order double fish meal no cheese no salt on fries & no ice in drink. Double fish was dried out & Tatar sauce quishing out salt on fries & ice in drink though the drive-thru & they gave me no receipt. Called them told them about the messed up order & said oh yeah no problem just come back and we will replace your meal well went and said we can't replace your order cause you have no receipt and the lady never told me her name. Very bad customer service and rude!!!!!!!
You can dine in or drive thru. It was not very crowded at 12 o'clock. We were served very quickly. I liked that they didn't have the electronic system through which the order is made, where I used to waste 15 20 minutes to place an order. The restaurant is clean and the staff ok. In this location they have a party room for children. I didn't see it being a playground.
There is no dine in option. I went through the drive thru to get a diet coke. The lady who gave me my drink was putting lip Gloss on before she handed me my drink. She handed me the wrong one twice. Wrong size, a regular coke, and then she glared at me and then finally gave me my diet coke. It was as if I was putting her off. Really rude.
Each time (at least 5 times) I order a hamburger with ketchup only for my dog, I am given a fully loaded burger with onions, pickles, and mustard. Aren’t onions toxic for dogs? Stop putting onions on my burger when I ask for ketchup only. SMH follow directions please
I didn't want to write a bad review but the manager needs to organize his/her team members. I end up paying for at least 1 item every trip that I never get. Today it was the nuggets but thanks for remembering the sauce.
Worst customer service of any McDonald’s in the area. They are overwhelmed and swamped but it’s still no excuse. I went through the drive-through to get a gift card. I ran it on my debit card. They didn’t give me a receipt so then I had to go back to the drive-through because the restaurant isn’t open to customers. And I couldn’t call the number on the back of the card because the card I was given didn’t have a scratch off code. When I went in they essentially blamed me because I bought the card with a debit card. Which they said they don’t do. Yet they sold it to me and acted like this was common knowledge. At that point I told him I should just be getting the card for free which of course they didn’t do.
No more McChicken Bisquits, so don't go here if you want that. Also, don't be surprised to be asked of you've ordered and when you say no get cut off to help the other vehicle. Happened to me this morning and had to watch as the other vehicle ordered $50 worth if food (this McD is not known for their speed), so I just high-tailed it when they didn't carry what I wanted. There are other places to go.
This is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORSE McDonald's that anyone can patronize. The drive thru is always at a 30min. Never enough workers. I think they only have a cook and a cashier. They always close early or open late because they don't have enough workers to operate the business. Beware and stay away from this McDonald's location.
Went through the drive thru to order a drink, and also pick up a delivery order. Was told to go inside for the order, which is fine. When I walked in, I was immediately confronted by some rude lady behind the counter yelling at me to wear a mask, pointed at the door and told me to wait outside for my order. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted so I don't have to wear one. Also, if you're going to fly off the handle at someone for not wearing a mask, perhaps you shouldn't do it while NOT WEARING A MASK YOURSELF! Never visiting this location again even for delivery orders. Stupid, rude, uneducated trash.
I will never visit this restaurant ever again. After waiting ten minutes in the drive thru, in the snow, I was told I would not be served because I was on an electric bike. I have been served before, several times riding my electric bike, but not today. Whoever does not want my business or my money should be fired.
