This mcdonalds has gone down hill in the last 5 to 10 years. We were only behind maybe 5 people. And we still had to wait almost 20 to 30 minutes to get our order taken. A good 10 of those minutes were spent at the speaker waiting for the worker. Then all the workers are on their phones or just all standing there with eachother laughing and not trying to get people their orders. The fries were gross and cold. There is another mcdonalds close by that I prefer to go to. It's just sad tbh... I don't know where management is....
I have been to this one multiple times, and I don't know why I keep going back. Just the worst service. I usually go inside, and just so many employees messing with their phones, when they are clearly busy. And I don't know if it even makes it worst that they don't even try to hide it.Today was just the cherry on top. I pull into drive-thru because I have my toddler, and they are only taking Doordarsh orders. Please make this make sense. I get being short staffed.. I super get it. But I would rather you A. close all together, or B. say you are short staffed, so it is going to take longer. But to be open and completely deny to make a happy meal because I didn't Doordarsh it is completely ridiculous. Mind you, I was the ONLY car in drive thru.I've worked at McDonald's. It is a busy job, but if you get off your phones and dedicate yourselves while you are being paid $10+ an hour, it is not difficult.I hate to complain, but I need owners/managers to see this and fix it.
I have been sitting at this McDonalds for 30 plus minutes. After sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes with no on acknowledging the customers at the speaker. I pulled around to see if they were open. The employees kept walking passed the window and would not acknowledge me. I waited 10 minutes got out the car and opened the drive through window to ask if they were open. A young man said they were cleaning I asked for the manager. He came to the window I explained the situation. He said he doesnt have a headset on. After I explained the situation he said he would handle it. I waited another 10 minutes and the original drive through lady came to the window. I asked for the store number and manager info. She walked away saying she dont want to talk to me she want one of yall. I have waited an additional 10 minutes and no one has come back to the window. This is not the first time I have been to this restaurant and they have ignored the drive thru. The manager finally came back to the speaker and said they arent taking order because they dont have a cook! This is the worse service I’ve ever received!
I wish I could give zero stars. I literally only come back because it’s so close to my work. EVERY time I go through drive thru the wait is literally over 15 minutes before the speaker. I originally thought they were understaffed or it was an off week. But it’s been months. I don’t get it. They have one person taking orders at both speakers and cashing out. There has to be a better system since almost all McDonald’s have the double lanes. How can all of the other McDonald’s effectively use the double lanes but this one can’t? They need some better management and leadership.I cannot tell you how many times my food has been cold, hard buns, or completely wrong. I don’t understand. I worked fast food for a long time. And with the wait times the way they are, how in the world are we getting old, cold and wrong food?! There’s no excuse.The women who usually take the orders are pretty nice. The people at the present window where you get your food never say hello, how are you, have a good day, nothing. They just look at you awkwardly.
Went to the drive through, ordered my food. Was told to pull around so I do. Nobody in the first window except the little girl sitting out of view playing on her phone. So I assume she’s on break. I drive to the 2nd window and they asked if I paid. I said “no” and promptly apologize for the mistake. this little demon at the first window starts screaming about how I’m a white man and I think I can do whatever I want. It is what it is but I won’t ever come back to this dump.
Long wait at the speakerNot greeted with any professionalism or kindness. I think we were told "hold on."Whike waiting for our food at the window we could hear very loud music in the restaurant.My chicken was hard and dry- so clearly old.
This is the WORST McDonald's around. I don't care which option you choose, curbside, delivery, drive-thru...they are the SLOWEST place EVER and when you get your order the food is cold because it's been sitting for 15 minutes waiting for god knows what. I recommend driving a couple miles to the next closest McDonald's to avoid this one.
Horrible food, most of it was cold. Took orders ahead of ours even though we are at drive up first and waiting. No toys in the kids meal and just all around bad service. Need to go to burger King across the street where they are at least competent.
If I could give it no stars i would. I am dumbfounded and amazed at the stupidity here. This location has got to have the dumbest slowest moving staff ever. Took over 40 minutes to get food not sure if they had to slaughter the cow before making our food or what, which if i wasnt picking up for someone else id have left. Their is nothing fast about this place at all while i watch the staff hanging out and socializing and being so loud i can hear them outside in my car not doing their job. After waiting in line they are now telling me we dont have an order......how do we not when we talked to you and we paid for it....and are in the middle of at least six cars......refused to give mey receipt.....are you serious??? Food is cold and my burgers have only pickles on them no ketchup mustard or anything. I will be calling corporate and i highly suggest going to burger king across the street they know what they are doing.The good reviews are employees not actual customers cause this place is not good at anything.
The employees took my order and asked me to come up, took my money after taking other peoples orders and then smoothly gave me my order. There are times it could move quicker and smoother, but I understand that most of the time it is because they are short staffed. Sometimes they are just slow and not working hard enough...that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
