Decided to give them another chance after waiting for longer than necessary at our last visit. Order through the app, and my order has not been pushed back to a full hour for one pizza and a crazy bread. Will be waiting on hold to the 800# for a refund. Last visit I requested the manager (when he finally showed up) throw half their product away as their staff left items sitting out of the hot box for the entirety of my 30 minute wait inside, store used to be great, they’ve raised prices and quality and service no longer exist.
Absolutely awful. The pizzas were hard and cold, the breadsticks had no butter or anything on them, just baked bread and thrown in the bag. I went to this location often but they have been a little more disappointing each time. I will now start going to the location on Sheldon road. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Just ugh pizza tasted like it was day old dough being that had already been sheeted out stored in the cooler over night way way way to much sauce I order butter and parmesan on the whole pizza and they totally missed the crust.
There prices are higher than other little Caesars in the area. It's $5 for order of crazy bread. While westland little Caesars sell them for $3.
Would give five stars but we get uncut pizza to often from here
Rude staff. I was yelled at for legit asking if the price of my food was correct. Then they gave me the wrong receipt, never offered to give me the correct receipt. I was the only other person in the store so it wasn't like there was a line out the door or anything. The store is a franchise so they jack up the prices I'm sorry but no amount of crazy bread is worth upwards of $4. I'm never going back.
Very slow service.Was waiting over 30 minutes for 2 pizza.Others were served first for their pizza before I had recieved my order.A door dash even came in and was able to get pizza.
Just called to ask what time they close and if I could place a pick up order and was hung up on. Called back just in case it was an accident and the young man was very rude. I clearly stated I wanted to place a pick up order and as if he didn’t hear me he started to ask me questions with a attitude and it totally took me by surprise like I don’t need that kind of energy ????
It's a little Caesars you know what your getting into. Also they have a drive through so that's cool
Consistently great Little Caesar’s pizza. Hot, fresh, on time (if not early). Polite staff. Top notch.
