This Leo's has a large outside seating area which is nice. The food is always good at all Leo's I've been to. The only reason for 4 stars is I have only been to 2 restaurant chains that offer ambience or amenities to meet my 5 star metrics
Just a classic Coney stop. Nothing special. Good service. Okay food. Decent portions. Just because people look young and aren't in a family doesn't mean they don't deserve respect and should be treated like all the other customers. Older ladies that are a bit crankier than your average waitress that just seem a bit sour.
Food is always great and fair priced. the servers as well as the cooks do an excellent job as they always provide fast, quality service. Very friendly as well. Dining in is always a pleasant experience.However, carry out is a whole different story. whoever the young blonde carry out girl is needs to learn to be kinder to both the customers and her coworkers. If you make a mistake, own it and apologize- don’t push it onto the customer. Her banter with coworkers and customers is what I’m assuming to be her brand of comedy but instead it just comes off as rude and dismissive. Having to sit and listen to it was painful- especially because my food would have been ready ages ago had she not made the mistake of accepting my order but never putting it in.We’ll come back again…but not for carry out.
Food was decent. My 13 year old order a pancake and enjoyed it. My 11 year old ordered the chicken gyro and liked it. I ordered the Italian Wrap. It was okay. The service was friendly and quick.
Nice clean restraunt and the food was very good. The service was polite, but thoroughly disengaged. My wife special ordered an omelette and was very clear about the order, even confirmed with the waitress. When it arrived it wasn't right and although she mentioned it there wasn't anything done about it. Not even an apology. This may have been an isolated mistake, but it was frustrating.
Ordered carry out.Had a 15% off coupon on my phone and was told they have to be printed out now. The Over easy eggs were overdone. The whites were even brown so the yolk wasn't runny enough.the hash browns werent cooked enough..and they didn't even cut the uncrunchy toast. I wont be back .i will stick with the Leos on 8 mile..
After a frustrating wait and a refund on my food at Mitchell’s, crossed the road and ordered the fish and chips. From the time of the order till picking up my food was 15 minutes. Same amount of food and dessert for $10 less than what it would have cost me at Mitchells. Quality was great too!
ordered off special menu and when received our check, the price was higher. When we brought this to the attention of waitress and acting manager, we were told prices went up and it's too bad, they weren't going to honor menu prices anymore. We were treated rudely and belittled in front of other customers, and laughed at by acting manager.
Open on Christmas day. Food was great, i ate one from the plate already.
Broken equipment! Went with friends. Chicken Lemon Rice soup was so cold it was congealed. (Saw others returning soup too.) We had been there several months ago and was told the soup caldrons were not working properly at that time. Waitress apologized but could not 'heat' the soup per usual as the microwave was broken!
