This is the one the rare place I feel like I have wasted the money that I have paid for the food seriously I have ordered motor City munchies and curly fries and the sandwich that I received was literally loaded by sauce which is super spicy and I did not see any any lettuce inside but overall all I tasted was sauces and to be honest from the moment that I finished my sandwich my time is start to burn seriously this is not okay guys you can put a sauce but you don't love the sauce in a sandwich and fries wasn't okay either it wasn't done it has to be crispy right you expect quality food when you spend $17 for a sandwich and fries but it is totally disappointment to be honest. So I think this was my first and last time here..
Livonia location Six mile and Middlebelt road- don’t bother coming here. I’ve been twice and won’t be a third time.. first time the food was OK but the employee had a bad attitude. Second visit I did a walk in order of a large cheese steak. What I got -The Bun was consistency of a cheap hot dog type bun. The steak and mushrooms were basically cold by the time I walked the 20 feet to my car to eat it.The cheese wasn’t melted- you could still see the individual slices Sitting on the somewhat Luke warm steak. Yes, I got it fast…but it was gross..I Won’t be back, I suggest you avoid as well. All in all - Pretty weak for 14 bucks!!
Dry sandwich despite ordering with cheese, nacho cheese, and Mayo- only a bit of Mayo was visible. Taste was ok, but dry. Cajun fries were undercooked. The cheesesteak egg rolls were coated in flour and look gross. I may not even try them. They were put into the styrofoam so hot that it burned through. We also didn’t get any ranch with our mozerella sticks. Just not a great first experience.
I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and a Bacon Burger (also curly fries). Right off the bat - it wasn't a good experience. The piece of chicken was very small for the size of the sandwich and was just dwarfed by the bun. But what's worse, was that the chicken breast was rubbery (there was no crunch to it whatsoever, even taken into account the slightest crunch that remains after saucing it up). The piece of chicken was wayyy underdone. If it was pulled out just a couple minutes prior, it would still be pink. Hell, it would still be alive and clucking. I tossed the whole sandwich into trash bin. The burger had a metallic taste to it. It was doused in most vinegary yellow mustard that I've ever tasted that it completely killed all the balance of the flavors. I live 5 minutes from the place and the fries were already soggy, taken into account they were freshly made and I picked it up as soon as the lady behind the counter called my name. Fries shouldn't go soggy like that in a foam container in 5 minutes. I get that it was the end of their shift but it's not the reason for them to drop the standards.
Tried this place for the first time today through Uber eats and am extremely satisfied. My food came, was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered the Cajun fries, egg rolls and the Buffalo fries (has the popcorn chicken on them). Everything was super tasty. I can’t wait to dig into the cheesecake I got also. Haven’t tried it yet but definitely an A for presentation. Will definitely visit this place in the future. I am usually scared with trying different places on apps like Uber eats and DoorDash but tonight I can 100% say that I am satisfied!
This place used to be good but has sunk to the pandemic lows of poor quality food and service. We placed an online order and they did not give us all the items we paid for ahead of time. We did not discover the error until we arrived home when it was too late and too far away to address. Plus, the ‘steak’ was over cooked (burned) and we did not get the hoagie as ordered. We paid a premium for a huge disappointment! It’s a common problem these days, but I can get that same poor quality and service anywhere at a lot lower cost.
A mushy mess drowned in cheese and mayo. Good heavens… this is what people are raving about? Lefty, your bread doesn’t hold up against the globs of cheese and everything else you put on a sandwich. Has scrap everything off only to see a handful of meat.. wow. Won’t be eating here again.I can make a better steak and cheese at home. And that’s facts!
This pains me to write as really a great, hard working group running the show. Now don't get me wrong, I'm well aware of the price of beef has skyrocketed, however, you now cut the size of the cheesesteak from 12in to 10in, calling them now small and large. Bad move. You ALSO increased the price and cut the amount of meat provided with each cheesesteak. I had absolutely no problem paying $27-$28 for a couple good-sized cheesesteaks. When you picked up your bag, it was nice and heavy. You knew you got a couple really good sandwiches. Now, that bag damn near weighs as much as the sandwich..Really unfortunate. Big mistake as I won't be back.
The BBQ Banger was bangin! The Carolina Reaper cheese added just a hint of heat - kept the sandwich interesting but was by no means overpowering. Could still taste and enjoy the rest of the sandwich. Staff was super friendly and even helped us with some directions when we left. Would eat here again, and again!
Went here because the reviews were good. I had the BBQ Banger and an order of Corn Beef Hash Egg Rolls. I was not disappointed. ? The staff was also very friendly and helpful with the questions we had about the local area.
