Ordered a 3 PC tender. When at window was charged more. I said it says 699 on board. Was told o that is different. When I went to eat food relieved in received and paid for a 3 PC chicken not tenders. Disappointed.
Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The chicken wasn’t crispy , it’s was soggy. The Nashville hot chicken didn’t have any flavor and the fries were not crisp as well. The spicy chicken burger hardly had any sauce and again the chicken wasn’t crispy.
This was a great experience tonight, and super nice. I pulled in practically at closing time, they still had food and it was hot, fresh and not small or dried out. I'll go back to this kfc for sure.

The food is good but they take my order and it was drive throu but after i pay they said wait five min on the side and they let me eait 15 min. I didn’t like that but beside that everything was good
The worst customer service at any restaurant that I have ever so far been to in my life!!The very worst ever ....I have been through the drive through,I ordered 2 pieces of just chicken breast only not a meal deal, and then I ordered 2 sides corn and mashed potatoes, and 2 biscuits!!Instead I got a meal deal that you were serve to a child( a kiddie meal )Although I was quite clear when I was ordering through the drive through, and they said the order back to meal....it was all wrong still.The manager was very very nasty , and very very unprofessional, she insisted I was given the right order??? I think not!! I wanted my money back othis o
I ended up not getting anything this time they were out of some things. The food is usually always good.
The chicken sandwich was good, just a little dry. My Husband like the spicy, good sauce. I needed just a little more mayonnaise.
Chicken was overcooked and than, I get home to discover that instead of giving me two sides, they handed me all cole slaw. 13.00 a piece for our meals and I get stuck with Cole slaw and dried out chicken. This was typical and the last time I spend my money at this particular establishment. One thing I can say, they consistently serve over fried chicken.
