Sunday July 10, 2022First impression when I walked in, it smells good. It was clean. The lack here was customer service. When I walked in, the two men never acknowledge me. Only when I asked a question, someone answered. I did not place an order. The experience was vague and so are “the owner” responses. Time to stop supporting businesses who do not value us. To appreciate your customers, is to genuinely show them.
Not very good. It was dead empty, I wasn't asked if I wanted any topping on my sandwich. Wasn't asked if I wanted a drink or any sides (chips, cookies etc). Very disappointed.
The food was made fresh and tasty. I would recommend you give Jimmy John's a try.
We have always gone to this location and this is the first time we have even experienced the employees being rude and not say thank you or anything.
I like that fact that the food is fresh and the customers seem to be satisfied but when your asking a question the manager turned RED does that mean he is racist ? Or should we just smile and nod ? I had to ask for a bag , sauce , & and explaining things seem to be a problem eat with care like the fact the babies can play freely though lil guy deserve the best

They always have my order made right and ready for pickup.
