Love the subs, but customer service sucks. I watched a large order being bagged and was horrified that the girl bagging it was just TOSSING them into the bag which was causing them to unwrap! How unsanitary!! She definitely shouldn't be working there or in any food related service. Waiting 1/2 hour for 3 regular subs. Management needs to step up to the plate there!!
I love Jersey Mike's but this location the customer service is horrible the woman that took our order never turned around when she asked us what we wanted very nasty attitude and the manager was right there. I will be back to this location because I enjoy Jersey Mike's but if she serves me again I am going to give her a piece of my mind and tell her she should not be in the customer service, Sad
They where rude, never asked what I wanted on my sandwich just hurry up and get me out the door. Counter was dirty and they crossed contaminated my meat with another order sitting on the counter. This was the first and last time I come here
While the food is normally good here the customer service is quite poor. When I ordered online and it says 15 minutes I show up in 15 minutes. I should not have to wait and additional 15 minutes for my food.
We came in to order and the manager wanted us to wait for 15 sandwiches to be made from an online order. He told us we would have to wait 25 minutes before he could start, when we were the only ones in line and no one else was in the store. He was extremely rude and even cussed at us when we complained to him about the wait. He was clearly very upset about the big online order and refused to make our sandwiches. I felt bad for the other workers because they just stood there knowing they couldn't do anything but wait. Very lazy and poor run location I don't recommend this location.
Middlebelt/Livonia Jersey Mike's....love Jersey Mike's subs! I work in Livonia and was craving a chicken philly from Jersey Mike's and I haven't seen any around where I work so I Google mapped them. A little ways from where I work but wanted my Jersey Mike's chicken philly. Waited and then tried to order my philly. I cannot have seeds so I asked them to give me the grilled peppers on the side and still grilled like all the other Jersey Mike's have done for me before no questions asked...BUT this location Middlebelt/ Livonia would not do this for me like all the others would showing some locations Dont care! Could have been a lunch location for me and I know one little me doesn't matter but I WAISTED MY LUNCH and wanted to vent to anyone who would read my vent and choose a different Jersey Mike's location hopefully. Shows some employees are good for your franchises and some definitely are not! SHAME!
The food was delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because even though I ordered ahead I still had to wait 10 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready. There was only one worker there she was amazing she definitely deserves a raise( she was working the morning shift on 1/3/22).
Sandwich good however didn't like that I was told cash only only after order was being rung up seems like prior to ordering would be the appropriate time to inform a customer what if I didn't have enough cash on me at that moment ? ?
I placed an order online through the app for pickup, and entered the building at my pickup time. My order wasn't ready yet and I noticed they were busy so I sat a table to wait. The employees loudly complained about each order, and seem to enjoy providing poor customer service. As far as my order, they didn't start working on my order until I had asked for it, only after I noticed them helping pickup customers that had walked in after me. I ended up waiting forty minutes total from the estimated pickup time and they had 5 employees working there. Jimmy Johns is in the building next door, I'd try them first.
Horrible customer service. I could barely hear the guy taking my order. And I repeated myself like 8 times. I asked for a 42 and he gave wrote down 46. 46 is not even on the menu. I am the only person in the store and I ordered two subs. It’s taken over 30 minutes and I still haven’t gotten the first one. And after all that he came up and asked what I ordered. What is even going on. Get new management or just shut down the branch. JERSEY MIKEs is great but this one is definitely not up to PAR!
