We ordered though door dash, my husband ordered boneless wings for himself and I ordered bone in. They were out of bone in and decided to just not make my order. Im a bit confused why they just didn't make boneless wings or contact us.
Well for one it takes way to long to get your stuff plus your web don't always work I tried for over and hour to order and I even went in and had the manager try but I had to cancel my order and start all over again to get it to go through the web offer me a $5.00 coupon for signing up but couldn't get it to go through so never got to use it.
So apparently if you leave a not so good review on door dash they said I violated guidelines and won’t be posting it…. I have ordered numerous times for lunch and never a problem or issue. My last order my wings were cold. I thought okay by the time I get it etc it’s understandable. But they were even cold when you bit into them. So definitely will not be ordering them again.
If you've been driving around town looking for this place, and are confused as to why you cannot find it, well that's because "It's Just Wings" is a "ghost kitchen" that lives within Chili's locations. Yes, you read that right but don't click off of this review just yet. Though this place is owned by the same company that owns Chili's and it resides within Chili's, it's very much NOT Chili's food.To be completely honest I would oftentimes rather chew on my own foot than eat the food that a Chili's restaurant serves. So just like anyone else I was quite skeptical when I found out that this place was just a branch of what we all know as Chili's.With that being said, I completely understand the strategy of Chili's trying something that isn't under that particular name because if they came out and said that they all of a sudden make incredibly delicious and affordable wings, literally no one would believe them, including me.Now that you've gotten over the fact that this isn't some brand new up and coming independently owned wing spot, we can move on to the food because after all that's why you're here isn't it?The wings here, both bone-in and boneless are incredibly good. They're larger, meatier, and more flavorful than what is offered by pretty much any other large scale wing operation that you'll run across. They're also considerably more affordable than those other corporate wing spots, and the sauce and flavor options are similar enough to what you're used to, with some unique flavor profile options being sprinkled within. Probably my favorite thing here is the fact that you can get your wings smoked, and boy are they smoky and delicious. The curly fries that come with pretty much everything are also quite good. Much better than I was expecting to say the least. When all is said and done here, I think we should all just accept the fact that "ghost kitchens" are a thing now, and even if it is confusing at times, good things can and do come from them, this place included. I've consumed a lot of wings in my life, and I will continue to put this place on the top of my list when I want some more to indulge in.Don't believe me? I encourage you to give it a go yourself. I doubt you'll be disappointed.
wings were cold due to the fact that I decided to order from a new wing place and saw “It’s Just Wings” and spent 15 minutes driving around to find a Wing Place that didn’t exist, I legit had to walk into Pizza Hut to ask where the hell this wing place is, thankfully he was very kind and told me the place I was looking for is CHILIS??? this isn’t common knowledge, how would I have known that? That’s absolutely insane that both the website nor the restaurant mention one thing about the wing place being located in a Chili’s. That’s so deceptive, idk if this is a ghost kitchen concept or not but I would NOT have ordered wings from inside a Chili’s if I had known. This is just so ridiculous to have a restaurant listed online that Not once gives you context of the location. I can not imagine how many people think they are trying something new only to end up at a Chili’s, garbage concept and honestly made me angry.
I got there on time according to when my order was going to be ready and it was ice cold!
Good wings for cheap. I think they started to skimp on the curly fries recently, but that's not too big a deal. Also really wish they would bring back the deep fried oreos! Those were so good. The pies are just mediocre.
It's just Chili's. Slow, and slow. The nice lady working the take-out counter was great. The problem is the Chili's restaurant this store operates out of. This Chili's location is notoriously slow when ordering take-out.
I literally threw up after eating this chicken. I ordered threw doordash.
The boneless wings were just okay, the flavor/ sauces were good, the bone in wings were terrible.
