Still sitting in my car waiting on my curbside pickup. The posted sign says 15 minutes parking only,but your order takes 20 to 30 minutes to arrive once they tell you your order it's on the way out. Lies
Service at this location has gone down.I came in to dine in was not seated or given a menu.Employee's were drinking and talking.After sitting at a dirty table I had to request menus and for the table to be cleaned. Finally ordered food was pretty good .The waitress never came back until it was time to pay.My son requested a glass of water that he never received. After watching some customers get seated and others sat themselves was just annoying.
I treated my family to dinner last week at this location and unfortunately the food and the service were substandard. I was glad to see two young Servers trying to earn money but it apoeared they didn't get trained very well. There was a guy and girl working together and it was the blind leading the blind. They didn't bring my water to the table so I had to ask for some water 5 times before I got a drink and then no one ever asked if I wanted a refill. They served the meals without bringing condiments to the table. They couldn't remember what went on the order, etc. I tried to be patient but it was very frustrating! The salad came with nothing but the greens and a sliver of onion with no dressing. But the final straw was the chicken that was cooked as hard as a brick and the kraft box macaroni cheese. I wouldn't be surprised if this location permanently shutdown with this type of service !
this I-hop was completely out of order. I asked for a well done steak which came back rare. the waitress had a poor attitude with me ,the customer, because MY order was done wrong. she offered to put it back on the grill after I ate from it. I find that completely unsanitary. on top of that my daughters claimed their food tasted spoiled. the oreo milkshake was warm like it had been sitting out . plus the overall stay was just completely chaotic people around us were also complaining that their order was done incorrectly. the floor was wet, I almost fell. I will never set foot in this I-hop ever again.
Food was consistently good. Service was on point with a nice, friendly staff and a clean establishment.Worth a drive to Livonia from Waterford.It really was that good. (:
Oso was our waiter today and he was really awesome with my kids (10 and 12 so totally beyond the age anyone expects special treatment ?). Anyway, hope his manager sees this. Didn't tell him it was my birthday, but gave us service as if I had!! He's there every Monday and Friday!!
I love Ede!!! I always ask for her or Cole, but all the staff is dope and very nice. I enjoy the food and hospitality every time I’m here. Lots of great energy and family like vibes. The Food is 5/5 stars!! ????
I've ordered carryout food from here before, so I thought a fine experience would be fine; Boy was I wrong. Everything done to the orange juice tasted stale, spoiled, or old. Will not be returning, would not recommend.
This location was fabulous!!! No wait thru the week, super fresh food, outstanding waitresses, what more could you ask for??
Been coming to this IHOP for as long as I can remember, 20+ years. It's always been a decent place with good food and service. Last few years have really seen it go down hill. Since the pandemic, my SO and I have mainly been doing curbside from them, and every time over the last few years, there is consistently something wrong. Anything from missing sides to completely wrong entrees. I understand the struggle for the service industry, I don't expect 100% perfection by any means, but there's a limit. Woke up this morning really craving a country fried steak, and IHOP usually satisfies that craving. Was very disappointed to discover that what I got today was a very dry piece of meat over leftover eggs/hashbrowns with NO gravy. Call me petty, but the star of that dish is the gravy. How do you forget one of 2 components on a simple breakfast dish? Would've been OK if the meat itself wasn't overcooked and dry with what looks like a single, dry scrambled egg. Please get better so people can enjoy the food again.
