The number on Google when you call it says the number is out of service. On top of that this place consistently runs out of popular flavor dounuts at a very early time in the afternoon. Completely Out! They barely even have milk at this location. AVOID!
Had a great experience picking up a large order this am. The order was ready when I arrived. Staff was helpful loading into my car. I was on my way keeping me on time for a busy day. Thanks for the awesomeness!
Asked for large cold brew with no ice. Was given a large cold brew with ice. I also watched them hand my friends drink to the car in front of us, because he handed it back, then they gave him his drink. So watch as they hand out drinks in the drive through. I won't be visiting again, which is a shame, because this place is usually not busy
Locked the door at 745 and won't answer drive thru despite being in there. If you arent open, turn the sign off and change your hours
The drive through is really busy but the in store service is really fast. Also, delicious doughnuts.
The ~2 mile drive to Plymouth and I-275 is so worth it just to avoid this Dunkin Donuts. They close early, are constantly out of regular menu donuts, and consistently get orders wrong. Just spoke with a manager today who blamed her employees, blamed the traffic of her store, and even tried to blame doordash before offering a solution to help.
they have given me the wrong drink the last three times ive ordered from here. i always get a strawberry dragonfruit refresher. when it arrives, it has the correct label and everything, but its ALWAYS the mango peach one. not sure if its a problem with uber eats or if yall just hate me personally
Going to project meeting and was the only place anywhere near within a 5 mile+ radius that had drive-thru/curbside pickup. Everyone loved the breakfast sandwiches and coffee saved the day
When my order and sticker on the coffee says OATMILK I expect it to actually be oatmilk and not actual milk. Thank you for the diarrhea, just want I wanted today dunkin
Honestly what happened to this place?! I'm not talking about just this Dunkin Donuts but all of them have completely RUINED the breakfast sandwich! What do they do refrigerate them or something? I remember they used to have the best breakfast sandwiches ever and now their not even edible! ?
