Being from California Del Taco was always a staple... my husband picked some today on his way home from work... 8 burritos and 2 quesadillas...I have love for sauce, 3 sauce packets minimum for 1 burrito. When I came home we had 5 sauce packets for all of that food... my husband said it wasn't worth complaining about.. I did so anyway... I am giving a 5 star review to the manager on duty for her outstanding customer service, I will not call out her name but I hope she sees this and knows that I also understand how to turn a frown upside down... thank you
We went throught the drive thru and from the moment we hit the speaker Brandon was friendly, helpful and a complete joy! When we pulled up to the window he greeted us with a smile and gave us genuine hospitality. He wiped down our drinks before handing them to us and when my wife thanked him for doing that, he said we're paying for it so he wanted to make we got good service....but we actually didn't get good service, Brandon gave us AMAZING service!!!! He's a real keeper Del Taco!!!!!!!
I come here very often cause the food is usually great and cause of that I’ll give them 3 stars but on May 3rd, 2022 a bit past 12a.m. I received a cheese taco, with a pinch of meat and lettuce. Picture below.
The food is pretty good. The staff stopped and asked me if they needed to remove the bacon from the burritos...which I forgot to ask them to do. They remade the burritos with no problem.
I was so excited because this was the first time I’d ever been to a Del Taco. Multiple people had told me how good the carne asada fries were. The meat on top of them looked like canned dog food. It also took them 20 minutes to make our tacos and fries because only 2 kids were working while the other ones ran around talking and talking pictures and videos of themselves instead of helping their coworkers.
There needs to be more Del Tacos around. West Bloomfield would be a nice location. I think Del Taco puts Taco Bell to shame. I don't know why anyone would go there if there was a Del Taco close by. They gave better tacos than some of the Mexican restaurants I've tried. Fresh and delicious varieties to choose from.
There’s a young man who works night shift at this location, I believe his name is Deacan. He is really so sweet and good to the customers. He is my favorite to run into after a long night! And my food is always made well and tastes delicious even at 3am.?
Staff was so friendly and courteous. The crew preparing my food with love and care. The dining area could stand a little cleaning but the service was so outstanding overlooked all of that
4/16/2022 at 8:30 pm. The drive thru line was moving extremely slow, in fact the line was not moving at all. We had to wait an hour for 3 cars in front of us. After we got to the speaker, the lady was extremely rude, did not acknowledge us what so ever and we had to wait 5-10 minuets before she said something. In the middle of us making our order, she said "I'll be right back" and left. After we finished placing our order we pulled up to the window and she told us that they don't have any food left and that they're closed and laughed. What a waste of time.
Edit: Their Tuesday special is also like 3 dollars more than what the website advertised. It's supposed to be 3 for 1.49, not 2 and then 1 with $1 off.---The woman working at 3am on March 19 was so unprofessional and rude. Had an attitude when I asked what drinks they had. She suggested a meal. Had an attitude telling me what's in the meal. Just bad customer service.
