The biggest Galaga and Pacman I have ever seen! Shout out to Shauntie our server. We were a large party and had a great time due in large part to her attentiveness. Can't wait to go back! Roasted asparagus was cooked perfectly!
Fun for kids and adult. Food was good.
Came here Saturday night for my nephew's 25th birthday. I normally attend the one in Utica so this was my first time at this location. The games were awesome and the food amazing! There we numerous children of all ages enjoying themselves. One concern I immediately had after about 10 minutes was the fact that a "shot cart" was being wheeled around as if we were in a night club with all adults. I have never experienced an establishment openly selling alcohol that close to children(except liquor stores). The employees were pleasant and the service was swift. We played the VR game several times, it was so fun. I would probably visit the Utica location again before this one only because I don't expose nor consume alcohol in front of my children nor anyone else's.
I gave my daughter a Graduation Party. The party room accommodated my guess. The service was excellent and the food was very good. The guacamole was excellent. The staff was always checking to see if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend Dave & Buster's for any functions where you want to have fun and a great time.
Had a wonderful time, food was pretty good, staff was great. Game selection was passable if a little samey. The ratio of truly interactive games to token burning gamblers felt a little off. Additionally I felt mid-high end ticket rewards were a bit steeply priced. Overall a great day but maybe not an every week occurrence for me.
Great place and wonderful people.
Alot of the games are down the tech on the floor said he can't figure out why what a waste of time and money. Kids and adults come to play games that are down and techs are rude and not working on the units that are down over 20 gamed down and no hurry to be fixed.
I want to give them props. Not too busy on a Tuesday night in April. Came for my brother’s birthday during happy hour. Drinks were good. Food came out slow but was good and nothing was too long of a wait games wise. Some games were down, but they were working on them so that was good. No hate for them. Very good atmosphere. My brother was a very happy 19 year old.
Food was overpriced with small portions. Restaurant area was filthy. Game area was also filthy. It’s obvious they don’t clean any of the equipment that often. Seems to have gone downhill since our last visit. Won’t return.
Like everywhere else, this place is not immune to the current staffing shortages. The inadequate amount of staff made this a less than ideal visit for us. There was a very long line for cocktails, and although there were plenty of open tables, they closed the sections because no waitstaff was available to service them. We were very much looking forward to eating dinner and having a few cocktails, but it just wasn't happening this past Friday night. Despite the circumstances, the staff we did interact with were great.
