Drive ? ? thru here I come. As I roll down my window . Culver's smells ? so good as it lingers into my vehicle ?. I ordered a mushroom ? ? & Swiss burger ? ? combo, onion ? ? rings, rootbeer to drink ?. I then added a Culver's Cheeseburger ? ? deluxe too with a side of pretzel balls & cheese dip. I found some bird ? buddies hanging out as well ?. Food was delicious ?. Thanks ✝️ ? ? ? everyone. Checked ✔️ ✅️ it out for yourselves.
1st time here in God knows when. My partner had The Roast Beef Sandwich Combo & I had The Culver Deluxe Butter Burger. The roast beef sandwich was good except it needed a sauce or something. My butter Burger was out of this world.
I frequent this restaurant often and its usually a long wait to receive my food but because my food is hot most of the time I never complain.... My last experience at this store in March 2022 was not good at all I waited 45 minutes due to the cashier mixing me and the car behind me numbers up. After waiting I finally received my food and a free milk shake to make up for their mistake, however when I got home I realized my burger was raw and I was missing a fry ?...I called to report the issue to a manager I was told all managers were busy and my info would be logged and I would get a call back I never received a call back and once I made a second attempt to speak with a manager I was told my information was never wrote in the complaint book
Usually is pretty good! They did not have their chicken noodle soup today & thats 1 of my favorites. I tried the brocolli it was ok.

The staff is always nice, they're usually very fast and efficient. I'm not crazy about the food nor the prices, but ... my granddaughter loves Culver's. That's all that matters
Cashier was friendly and accurate with my order.I understand they were busy, but it took 18 minutes to receive my order, nothing fancy regular butter burger basket and mini concrete mixer. I watched as several people ordered after me at the counter and leave with their food before me, a couple had multiple bags too. I even had to remind them I was missing the concrete mixer when I finally received my order.I know this is not typical of a Culver's visit, so hoping it was just bad timing on both parts.
Whoever Emerson Patterson needs to calm down because whoever Miley Lewis is is definitely telling the truth and I feel like you work there because that is just ridiculous. I was just about to come here and say almost the same thing. When I come to an establishment I expect that the employees have actually done their job and gave me all of my food. I shouldn’t have to check. They forgot my kids meal one time and then the last several of times I’ve came I will admit no issues. Until the other day I came to get my 2 pc cod dinner and never got my coleslaw nor any utensils or tarter sauce. I also got a Pepsi for my son with his kids meal and it ended up being root beer. Some of my fries were cold and I will admit that my order was kind of big but that’s not an excuse. The person taking my order sounded a bit rude and the chili was awful. Even though the last times I have been there it hasn’t been bad this just made me want to never come there ever again. Maybe I will try Westland or Canton. It is so sad that I already made one bad review before and can’t make another one so I have to use my daughter’s account just to hope something changes.
The food was delicious but "curdside to go" was a fail and the customer service was horrible. I ordered curdside online and received a notice that my order would be ready in 6 minutes at 3:31 pm. I rushed to the car with the kids and raced to be there on time. I arrived at 3:33 and checked in via email. By 3:40, my order still was not out. I called twice. The first time an associate answered the phone and after she greeted me, it sounded like a fax machine. I called back twice and received a busy signal. The fourth time the phone rang and rang and rang unanswered. I had to unpack my kids and go inside. They were still putting the order together. Then they tried to tell me that an automated system assigns the time, not them, as if I'm supposed to know what time the order will ACTUALLY be ready if it's other than what was communicated to me. Then they acknowledged the phone was off the hook and one team member asked another if she had received my call, to which the girl seemed to reply that she intentionally didn't answer because she was getting the order together. Then they had some excuse as to why I couldn't get a token for the kids meal custard although online it said to redeem in store because it couldn't be redeemed online. Apparently every store does things differently, so again I apparently should've known not to rely on the information I saw online during the order process. They gave me nothing but excuses and acted like I was the problem. I will not return.
Culver's has a secret weapon that other fast food places lack, friendly staffing. Doesn't matter what location I've been to but they all hold the customer in value. Quality food compared to the average offerings with stuff you don't see, pot roast, pork tenderloin, cheese curds. Burgers are great in any configuration.
