I paid just under 30 dollars for a larger cheese and pepperoni pizza and everything bread sticks. The pizza was nothing special and the bread sticks were pathetic. They were just tossed in the box, barely had seasoning on them and looked like they were made from a small pizza. Everything is so expensive these days, I expect to get 30 dollars worth of food. Don’t go here if you want good pizza and friendly staff.
I love cottage inn thin crust pizza. The last 3 times I have ordered I have made it very clear I wanted my pizza cut like a pizza not in squares but when the pizzas arrived it was cut in squares. I called this time and asked for a manager. The person who identified himself as the mansger said he couldn't give me a refund he would have to talk to the big boss. At that time I told him I want a phone call back to.....he hung up on me before I could finish saying what I wanted. I tried to call back for 2 hours and no one would answer the phone. A definite unprofessional act. I will have to find somewhere else to get pizza
We ordered cottage Inn pizza about a month ago in Canton it was very good. We ordered again from Livonia It was terrible told them we want the pizza well done It wasn't also they're Inn bread Was smothered in butter We also ordered a sub That was also very bad way too much mustard That's all you could taste was mustard. Very inconsistent between stores. We will be ordering from Canton but the Livonia store is very bad
The sauce and cheese were very flavorful, and the toppings were very fresh. The pizza was delivered quickly, and it was hot! Delicious!
Used to give it 5 stars. Quality has really decreased. Lately the pizzas have had very few toppings, less cheese, & very little sauce. Will be switching to Newburgh Station or Hungry Howie’s.
This is our go to pizza place but we are getting to the point that we are going to start going elsewhere. I understand that ordering vegan costs more. However when a small round pizza cost over 20 and you barely have any mushrooms when you order double every time is getting old. The mushrooms are so thinly sliced you don't even taste them. Its definitely a bummer when 2 pizzas cost almost $50 when one is a large cheese and the other is a small vegan...
Worst managment. Gave me the wrong pizza and when came back never apologized and then gave me a raw pizza!!! Donot recommend this branch. Never go. Used to be Aliyah customer until new managment. This by far the worst.The problem is I can back. Your guys never apologized and gave me a raw pizza instead!!!
We ordered a pizza with just bacon and cheese with breadsticks. We go pick it up and it's cheese and pepperoni. How hard is it to make a simple one topping pizza? I call and tell them and they tell me they can make another one in 10 minutes. I asked if they can deliver since we are less than a half mile away and they said no. They clearly don't care about customers or their mistakes.
Got a letter in the mail the other day said they were under new improved management. So we gave them another try. Nothing changed got delivery the pizza was 45 minutes late and cold. Will not order from them again.
Ordered through Grubhub, called 2 hours later because thought maybe it was a busy night, short staffed, maybe struggling…Nope…you mean sir you actually wanted that pizza??
