If I could give zero stars, then I would. I do not recommend. I ordered from the app & my order wasn't ready for 36 minutes after it should've been. To make matters worse, I was missing items. The straw that broke the camel's back was the unapologetic staff. They just shrugged at their poor customer service. The manager stating that she didn't know how the fill orders from the app through the in-store line, as there were several people being served in the store while many of us were left waiting far past the pick up time for our prepaid food. It was a very bad experience.

This isn't just the worst Chipotle out there, this is one of the worst food establishments I've ever tried. I've actually surprised myself that I've tried to go back FOUR times...it is a waste of the perfect real estate. I pass on middlebelt every.single.day and not once has this place been satisfactory. The workers energy is melancholy at-best and they are constantly out of food items...never have the entire selection so if you have a favorite concoction, be ready to call an audible.

Bro this is literally the worst chipotle on the metro Detroit area. Literally ALWAYS out of stuff. Been here 5 or 6 times and I think they were out of stuff every time I’ve gone. This time out of rice, peppers, corn and chips. Just tastes like slop at this point.

First, I just want to say I don't blame the employees for this at all. Every business is affected by peoples unwillingness to work because apparently people don't need to eat or live anymore. That being said , the employees are nice. They did, however, mention that they were only accepting card payments upon entering. They were also out of many food items including steak, ( a big reason we came) and any other meat other than chicken. They wouldn't allow us to order quesadillas stating that it can only be done online. That I don't understand. I also don't enjoy the fact that they charge extra for queso and give you such skimpy portions of it. The food was bland and lacked any flavor. It was semi-busy and the employees moved the line along nicely whilst communicating with each other. I will probably not return spending $70 for something I could've and should've made better myself.

Trying out a brand new restaurant location Chipotle. Grub hub delivery. Awesome service ? ? 2. Delivery showed up early 2. Food was delicious ?. Tasted hardier & healthier than other Mexican restaurants. Way different! What a great experience with Grub hub & Chipotle. Definitely recommend both businesses ?.

Walk in, can't tell if the seat covers are supposed to look like tortillas or if they're dirty. The staff taking my order looked like they hated their jobs. I said "hello" to both of them and they did not acknowledge me other than to ask me what I wanted. That on it's own is not great, but wouldn't normally amount to a bad review. Then I get to the cashier and hand her my cash. She takes the cash, opens the drawer and tells me, "I don't have the change, is that okay?" I said, "What do you mean?" She wanted to shortchange me aka overcharge me $0.41 for my meal because she apparently had zero coins in her drawer. I asked her what they would do with the extra money, like if it would go towards a tip. Cashier tells me that that's the closing people's problem, "they would deal with it." Sounds like suspicious and unethical business activity to me.And on top of that, I get home and my rice is woefully undercooked and crunchy. Will not be coming back.

In the middle of my order the manager responding to what seems like the typical lunch time emergencies, looks over at my normal order and just tells the cashier "you gonna charge double chicken on that one." Mind you at no point did I ask for double and what the server scooped was clearly not stingy enough. Do not recommend, top to bottom they are all fairly negligent and ample incompetence. Felt robbed.

Most of my visits here go extremely well, I have had a few issues on a trip every now and then but nothing crazy. But over all great locations it is my go to Chipotle. My only tip is sometimes when you place an online order it won't be ready at the selected time so just plan ahead. I think it's an issue with the online system and not the workers, I don't think the app take into account any other orders that are still being made.

Only Chipotle that I've ever been to where I have to fight for my life for them to give me enough rice. It doesn't happen anywhere else, they give you a scoop and spread it around, then when you ask for more they are like "so you want extra rice then.""NO LADY" I want the amount of rice I'm paying for the same amount you get anywhere else in the country... It's a fight for you life to get a decent portion.She gives me queso and doesn't even put the full scoop on my food, if we only get one scoop put my full scoop on there. ??‍♀️The only place that is super skimpy!!

They seemed to be having a very busy & rough lunch. They were out of a few items (12:30 pm) and the 2 ladies who put together our food were in a foul mood. The food was tasty, just missing a few of my favorite items ( brown rice, fajita veggies and cut lettuce). I'm guessing that it isn't normally like this, but it was my first visit to this location. They did have brand new chipotle hot sauce so that is a bonus. Chicken was a little fatty, but still tasty. We all had the chicken burrito bowls. Delicious as always, just a rough day.
