The best Chinese in the area hands down. Our favorites are the lo mein and the steamed dumplings.

Consistent take out Chinese food at a good price. A plethora of options and they're very friendly when I pick up the food. The restaurant is very well kept for dining in too.
Saw this place was 4.2 star rating so figured it would be decent but we had the general Tso, steamed dumplings and spring rolls and everything looks great when you open it but is all extremely flavorless and bland. Was sorely disappointed by the lack of flavor when I had been looking forward to having some good chinese. Don’t plan on going back here…

China House Inn is a great Chinese restaurant on 7 mile in Livonia. The prices are reasonable, quantity is plentiful, and quality is delicious. They also make online orders easy with a website called Beyond Menu. The staff is always nice and willing to help with whatever you need!
1st time here and I ordered the egg drop soup and pad thai. It was the blandest soup I've ever had. And the Pad Thai was bland and incredibly dry. I had to add soy sauce to both just to give it some flavor. If these 2 simple things can be this bad I definitely won't be going back to try anything else
Have loved this restaurant for years! We love the food. The only place we get Chinese food from - it never disappoints. Others must as well as they are always busy when we get take out. Generous portions (we eat 3 meals out of the quart size dishes). They also will do modifications (like adding vegetables to a dish). Love the egg rolls. They were doing take out only for a while during the pandemic but have now re-opened for dine in.
So nice to dine in! Great lunch specials, cute decor, nice relaxing piano music. Food was generous and freshly made. Singapore Noodles a hit!
