That was inedible. I can’t believe I just paid $18 dollars for that cold disgusting food.

Quick drive thru. Friendly staff and our order was correct.

I have been begging my husband for a Whopper for a long time. He just never wanted to find out where to get one. We had two by us here in Farmington Hills, and both are gone. One in Novi, and on Grand River in Farmington. Finally today he agreed to come and get them and some fried for me and some onion rings for him. I want to say, this is the best fast food I have had in a long time, years. The burgers were cooked just right and wrapped so nice and I love the heavy paper they are wrapped in and they way they are wrapped, tight and not falling apart. the fries were better than what I have had in expensive upscale restaurants and my husband loved his onion rings and said they were not greasy at all. We are very happy and we thank you all at Burger King on W. Seven Mile Livonia, Mi. We will be good customers as I can't cook anymore much, and m,y husband doesn't do a lot as he is busy trying to do for me. I so appreciate that we still have a good place that we remember from times gone by, and we can still rely on you. Again, thank you so very much. Wonderful dinner all the way around. My husband said the service was great also, we are full and happy.

Best BK I have been to in a long time. Fast & friendly service. Good food. Love BK but the company has been downhill for a while in my opinion, this location is fantastic. This is based off of four visits at varying times & days.

We live about a block or so way from here so it's always been our go to restaurant. We've used gift cards here on multiple occasions. We stopped for lunch today and had a gift card, we go to pay and all 3 people in there say they don't have the machine to take gift cards and we'd have to pay for our full meal. Paying wasn't the problem, it's telling me you won't honor a gift card because you can't. I know you're lying. You're either too lazy to punch in the gift card number or not trained. The guy I handed the card to turned around and said how do I do this? To which, I think the manager says, "we can't do that we don't have the machine " yes you do. Burger King is the only place I've had this happen to on more than 1 occasion at 2 different locations. All my bad experiences keep happening at Burger King restaurants only. Corporate needs to either fire everyone and train new competent employees or go out of business, because their customer service is terrible. Do not go to this location, especially with a gift card.

Rude and uncaring employees that act as if they are being inconvenienced by customers. It has gotten worse and worse. Sad to see.

Their morning/day shifts are both really good. But if you try to go after 7:00pm you run into a strong chance that the system is down or some excuss as to why they can't take orders. Their night shift is so bad have to give one star.

Been very slow at this location recently. Things haven't been tasting as fresh and some items I've received have also been cold

Blog mania! Googlers new 1 coming up. Pics ? 2! Good service ? and nice people working ? ?‍♂️ here. This is location was really busy. Allow some time ⏲️ when you stop ✋️ by here. Dining ? room closed dew to post ? pandemical times ⏲️. I had a B.K. date ?. She said if you drive ? I'll buy. We ordered two B.K. $ 5.00 combo bags ?. That's 2 mini whopper burgers ? ?, 2 onion ? ? rings instead of fries ? ? have our way like they say, 2 chicken ? ? nuggets with ranch sauce ?, and 2 drinks ? ? being rootbeer n sprite. I like say that our food was very hot ?, made correctly ?, and delicious ? ? ?. There was a new guy ? at the drive ? thru ? ? window . He did forget our onion ? ring sauce, ranch sauce, & napkins. I had to walk back upto the drive ? thru ? ? window to retrieve our items He forgot. No harm ment & he apologized.

The food is way overpriced these days. It's fast food. People want to make a good living with no education or skills causing the company to charge more for their product. Burger King isn't the only victim of this insanity
