One of the worst burger kings I’ve been too. Never had any good experience with them, mostly rude and that’s if they’re even open. Don’t even bother going here
there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why I just sat in the drive thru and watched cars in the drive thru get served by an employee — and after sitting for another 15 minutes waiting to be spoken to over the speaker we noticed the place has been closed down.my husband saw an employee leave but why wouldn’t that person tell us they’re closed or closing!? It is 8:40pm on a Monday afternoon (6/20 to be exact)please work with and train staff in common courtesy to not waste peoples time, because that was uncalled for!!
Apparently this Burger King just closes whenever they feel like. Today, even though the posted drive thru hours say they're open until 11 pm, I was told at 9:43pm that they were closed. It's laughable that Google says the confirmed hours are until midnight. Confirmed by who? Certainly not the employees who closed up before ten.
Most of the time I don't really stop at these places. I don't think it's worth the time. With the prices you have to pay for what you get and the speed of the staff. I bought a whopper Jr. I got a whopper Baby. Sorry BK.
Worst Burger King I have too. Long line in drive thru. When get up to pay cashier was texting on her cell phone. And food cold. Never again!
This is the second or third time they have forgotten items on my order I asked for the order to be made fresh it was not I asked to add cheese and pay for it it was not added I asked for onion rings instead of fries of course I got fries the service is horrible they cannot get any orders rights and they are always short-staffed
They did great especially for being short staffed. The way of life we've all been accustomed to is no more and is never coming back. Burger King > McDonald's!
Magangment had great energy. Entire staff was at work. Well done guys! Great customer service..
It is a Burger King. Food tends to be more variable than Mcdonalds, but usually better tasting ( & seldom worse). FWIW, this has been our favorite local 'fast-food hamburger joint' for years.
Those young girls up there on night shift are super lazy and trifling, my food was cold burgers were disgusting bread fell all apart sloppy funky old tomato and onions and chicken nuggets over cooked this is thee absolute worst BK ever!!!! Get a better cleaner caring non lazy non nasty crew, I most definitely DON'T recommend this burger King go further to a different suburban location.
