This franchise (not corporate) has never been open any of the times I’ve visited during business hours. Will absolutely never give this location any of my time or money.
Omg! This was such a positive experience. She actually gave the no meat jr whopper in another bag..so thoughtful..really appreciated that..it came with small fries..which were perfect..n plentiful..at another location on ford rd in Canton..I buy a large fries there..n they never give as many as I got in a small fries here today..good job Livonia BK..????
Thank you for the grossest breakfast ever! Honestly inedible. brought breakfast on 7-4-22 at 28203 plymouth rd livonia mi 48150. hash browns were raw. the sandwich came from the trash, french toast sticks were from yesterday. why would you want your name on that? worst ever.
Worst BK I have been to, even post covid they always said "our systems are down for 30-45 minutes " or they where just closed, no sign or anything just a empty parking lot. On the very few times I got food it was decent,but when I can't get your food 90% of the time just not worth even trying to go.
They were very nice, but put way too much mayo on my whopper and forgot to give flatware and napkins, but apologized when I went back to the window. The parking lot is not something desirable to drive thru however.
Service was great. Food was good too.
I stopped through the drive thru I ordered a number 7 and a BK fish with fries I asked the young man if the fish is fried when ordered he said yes I got home my fish was so hard it could break your teeth it was like they took a piece of fish and refried or fried it hard on purpose. I spent 6 dollars for something I can't eat
TERRIBLE location! I literally asked for my food to be made fresh, employees responded with an attitude as if that was negative request, I’m in customer service and I’m a District manager, so I’m very big on reviews and overall expectations. I was told it’ll be a few minutes after I paid and then a female wearing her hood (in which you can look at the cameras to see) came to the windows rolled her eyes and handed me my food and let the window slam shut and walked away. When I grabbed a fry every thing in the bag was room temperature. I will be posting receipt; and NOW I can’t get my money back for 7-10 days because I used my debit card. I will tell more people not to visit this location in the future!!!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Terrible food, spend your money elsewhere please. Food is over cooked and not fresh at all. I just left the drive-thru of this establishment, food was ICE COLD and BURNT. If I weren’t in a hurry I would take my food back for a full refund. I will not be ordering anything from this location ever again. Please do better Burger King.
