It's not the servers fault but completely understaffed and keep tAbles. It took 25 minutes just to get the waiter to come to our table. Dining experience should've taken an hour and 15 minutes max we were very simple orders and it was not busy but it took us 3+ hours. I feel terrible for the staff they were very nice but manager should have gone on a wait instead of over crowding the sections which results in terrible service.
A salad or soup should be included with entrees.

1. Pasta was bland and dry 2. My daughters food had a gnat in it 3. My husbands water has a gnat in it 4. Waiter was pleasant 5. It was very warm inside, no air circulation 6. It seemed dirty
My server Nina was very nice. Only pleasant experience here. My chicken bravo came out, and the sauce was popping hot, but the noddles were cold. I know they are cooked in advance, but some kind of warming to the pasta needs to happen. Chicken was okay, a little chewy and I had a piece of gristle in mine but I was given half a breast, and for the price, I expected more protein.Chocolate cake was not done either, it was cooked enough to hold mold, but I might as well have eaten cake batter.
We were able to make reservations for 7 people on a Saturday night, which was very nice. We sat at the bar while they finished setting up our table and the service was excellent and very friendly. Once we were seated, the service was very slow and forgetful. Drink refills took a long time. We had to ask for things a few times, then it was finally brought to us. We got a couple things that we had asked for after we were already done with the meal and no longer needed it. The food was good, I felt it bumped up the rating to 4 stars.

We wanted to have Fatherâs Day dinner early to avoid the crowds. Very good decision.
